Chalet Schwalbennest - Zermatt

Located in the Winkelmatten area in the village of Zermatt, 4-story Chalet Schwalbennest combines rustic features with modern design elements. Bright red and black kitchen counters and leather sofas stand out next to weathered-looking wood beams and flooring. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the chalet with natural light and provide stunning views of Matterhorn Mountain.

Views of the surrounding Alpine landscape can be enjoyed from the balcony too. While wood is featured heavily in most of Chalet Schwalbennest’s rooms, some feature stone walls. One of the bedrooms has a bath in the room.

Bathrooms include spa baths. WiFi is available free of charge. Modern furniture, a glass-fronted fireplace and flat-screen TV with cable channels are all features of the living room.

The spacious kitchen has modern appliances and a refrigerator with a built-in TV. A children’s playground is just 164 feet away. A bus stop is 328 feet away.

Chalet Schwalbennest is 656 feet from Zermatt Cable Car and Findelbach Train Station. Matterhorn Express is a 10-minute walk away. Ski elevators and the Zermatt village center are a 15-minute walk away.

The Zermatt Train Station is reachable within a 25 minute walk. Zermatt is a car-free resort.
