good location The room was a decent size. Clean

The Tv had a casting option, but it didnโ€™t work and there was no troubleshoot guide provided. There was free tea and coffee in the shared kitchen but the coffee machine kept saying it needed urgent descaling. I made a coffee anyway and it tasted bad (because machine needed descaling!) In the morning the shared kitchen had a rotten pizza box and cans and bottles just thrown around. might be done by a guest or somebody cleaning a room, but it remained there all morning and was very gross and off putting.

Room was tiny. Very noisy. Every time someone came in or out the door beeps. Upstairs guests - you could hear everything. TV did not work. Not central at all and in a slightly dodgy area. I pillow only- TV did not work. Table really broken and ugly on top. No place for suitcases.

although not very cheap, I guess for Copenhagen it was a good value for the money. If you expect facility with full self service and no staff-this is your place. The instructions for operation, received via emails, however were clear and very helpful . The common places and the common kitchen were clean, quiet and cosy.

The place is very basic and has not been renovated recently. In my room the heating was noisy but not very effective. The view from the window is over the waste containers in the backyard of the nearby buildings:(

location was what I was looking for

Toilet flush broke during the very first use, the water kept running and didn't stop during my stay. I tried to fix it myself by taking the cover off and wiggling the plastic pieces- it didn't work.Hotel staff (if we can even call it that since it was self service) didn't pick up the phone or respond to messages on booking I sent them about the issue. My last message was at 1 am since I couldn't sleep with the water loudly running. I don't even want to know how much water was wasted because of them not addressing the issue.I have the video recording of water running for like 30 seconds if booking or the hotel wants a proof.Other than that- the room didn't look clean, or it had very old floors where it's impossible to tell if it's dirty or old.

Good location and fair value for money compared with Copenhagen hotel prices. The bed was comfortable and the linen clean. Coffee maker in the shared kitchen was terrific.

The apartment fridge was grimy and smelled of old fish. The kitchen bin area had dirt and debris from the last guests around it. The microwave in the shared kitchen was filthy. Needed to use the hand sanitiser too often. Not that we needed it, but the TV was broken.

No one present at there to solve any issue. 2 rooms were booked were only one key was available. Fortunately one person staying there help alot. Soaps and shampoo were not there

Area was quite good.

We were shocked when we came into the room, the window was open, the air was hot, and the room was unclean.When we left the room we closed the windows, but when we came back we were more shocked then before. It smelled awfull, it was a disgusting drain-smell. The drain in the shower didn't work. Lots of mould etc.From the office building next door they could watch in the room. There were much more that wasn't good. We are really unhappy with the room, it wasn't worth the money.

Beds were very clean and hotel is located in a great neighborhood.

As clean as the bed was, the carpet was disgusting. Years of stains I donโ€™t even want to know where these come from. Parking is extremely difficult. This hotel doesnโ€™t offer parking for guests.
