Although the people couldnt speak much English they were open to all our attempts to communicate and we were able to make ourselves understood. Absolutely great staff. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and location to all the historic Cuenca I would stay here again

Some reviews said the hotel was noisy but for me this was not the case. My room had a skylight as a window, a comfortable bed, good shower, and was very quiet, so I was very happy. Great location, water dispenser, nice breakfast

The place has such a local feeling to the historical houses in Cuenca, it is perfectly located in the historic district and the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable.

My wife and her mum visited Cuenca and Hotel Siena is one of their favourites. They stayed here several times before. Beautiful patrimonial home With an excellent location. It was in the heart of el centro walking distance to anything I needed including fine restaurants, coffee shops, historical sights and the Tomebomba River and walking trail. Its on a street with a nice jewelry shop with handcrafted pieces. They

This hotel is a good stay when passing through Cuenca. It is close to the bus station and close to all the restaurants. The staff is very kind a helpful. Breakfast is also included and is very nice.

The hotel has a lot of charm and a good location. It was clean and the shower water was hot (something not to take for granted in Ecuador). Overall, a good experience. We had a billing issue that was resolved quickly with the help of our tour guide. We appreciated the hotel owners prompt response.

The hotel is small and perfect for a good night's rest after walking the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, we liked that to enter the property you have to ring a bell. Close to the city center.
