Would be useful to have some clarity on few things that you had to try figure out on your own, such as the activities or events taking place for eid celebrations. For example, some sort of screen in the lobby that had a list of upcoming events. The buffet at the hotel wasn't the best in my opinion. My young one really struggled to eat anything from there. It was always almost the same food being served daily (for lunch and dinner).
The child's cot was also uncomfortable by the way my son was reacting.

Everything was fantastic. Starting from the location, view, people, facilities, service, food, pool, sea, animation team. All is just great.
In my last 6 years I went to almost 15 hotels. This is the best hotel so far.
Just a feedback about the timing of the activities. They are not on time all the time.
This doesn't mean that animation team is not a great team. Other hotels don't even do any activities so I really appreciate their efforts.

I had a great time at the Sunrise Arabian Hotel, it was a very pleasant experience, the waiters are very pleasant, courteous service, the food tasty and a lot varied, healthy and prepared on the spot, the rooms are very clean and large. Every day there are activities in the hotel with animation team. Entertainment program was extraordinary and interesting. I would like to thank the waiter in the dining room named Abed Al Rahman adil ,omar mohamed and mohammed eid is very friendly and pleasant and a serious worker

The food was bad , lacks flavor and taste , all the themed restaurants were below average except the Thai food

Staff is very fine and easy to communicate. Always they want to help. I only can remember the name of the guy in the reception Moaaz. He always smile and has a soft/gentle voice. Not only he also others were same.
Food is not perfect but good. We stayed will ultra all inclusive format and always there were drinks snacks and others to have.
Sea is really alive and colourful due to sea life. And there are always safeguards to watch you
Room lights are not enough for me. There should me a main light to enlighten the room. At corners spot lights are available.

Everything, the room was big, clean, very comfortable and nothing was missing. Staff were extremely helful and friendly, my son loved the kids show and activities with Nastia. Most important the bus that is rotating around the hotel all day made us enjoy all the hotel facilities easily and smoothly. We didnt feel bored or that we need to go out of the hotel.

The lifeguards at the beach and the pool were constantly vigilant. The hotel's general neatness is impeccable , as well as the restaurants , the rooms and the swimming pools . The room service staff and the reception staff were perfect , in particular Mr.Mohammed Moawad. He did everything he could to make us comfortable and follow up on us constantly. Also the waiters in the man restaurant , the indian one and the italian were very friendly and helpful. The hotel regarding the buildings and the bus stations was also ideal.
Regarding the restaurant , the quality was average and the food options were limited and not as much as the other Sunrise Resorts. Additionally , I almost got food poisoning and got constant diarrhoea for two days after having dinner at the Italian restaurant. Despite taking medications , I was unable to get rid of this condition , and I haven't eaten or drunk anything from outside of the hotel throughout the whole stay. Also , a female employee in charge of customer service stopped by us in the hotel's main restaurant , nora , asking for feedback on the food and our stay . She learned about my food sickness , but no one at the hotel phoned or offered to send me to the doctor . In addition , Mr.Khaled in charge of customer care , he asked for feedback via WhatsApp after our stay and I informed him of my positive and negative hotel experiences. However, he completely disregarded my message , left me on seen and I got no response. There was constant neglect from the customer service staff. Unfortunately , there is obvious discrimination between Egyptians , Arab and foreigners. Egyptians are treated with less care , especially the staff responsible for the pasta and the grilled food in front of the main restaurant , as wellasthepoolbarstaff and the animation team. That was more noticeable with kids and teenagers than adults.Also , there should be a sunshade at the section of the pasta and grilled food at the main restaurant. AlthoughIamawarethat the beach is rocky ,Iwassurprisedby how unsuitableitis.The pictures haven't showed this at all. They were completely different. You have control over the rocks in the sea and by the beach , they can easily be removed , so people can have the availability to swim in that area instead of having to swim in the deep one. Moreover , the stairs that lead to the swimming area are very tiring for elderly people.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. The resort is perfect! Hamada from the front desk was amazing and help us with everything we needed, even by WhatsApp. Mohammed and Mustafa who cleaned our room were amazing. The trip was great and we enjoyed our stay and the check in was quick and easy with the help of Magdy and Hamada in the reception.
As for the main restaurant, the food was very delicious and a lot of variety, the best employee is Alaa , he is a wonderful person, a lover of his work and a hard worker.
Snack restaurant by the sea is very wonderful and the special employee is Ahmed from Upper Egypt.
And finally special thanks to animation team it was very different and distinguished this time from my previous visit because of the wonderful team members Amr and Vita they really added great value to the team

The warm welcome. It felt like home away from home. We were kindly contacted the day before we checked in by lovely Hamada to see if there was anything we needed, and then kindly got upgraded to a bigger and better suite. All the staff from front to back are nice, helpful and always pleasant. They always tried to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. The pools are great. The food is delicious and varied! I highly recommend it!

Property is huge! In 3 or 4 levels. On each level you have a swimming pool. Beach is really nice, for those on upper level there is a shuttle bus that drives each 15 mins around property, but I would say it goes even more often than that which is cool. Access to deep water is over a bridge where you can swim, snorkel and dive. Fishes and corals are stunning. There is no swimming in shallow water because its all coral reef and its protected.
We had swim up suit in lowest part of property so therefore we had private pool and pool just for the guests on those lowest part. Mahmoud who was cleaning our room every day is such a nice guy, making sure we have everything clean and needed in every moment. We had different swans everyday!
We had everything in room - towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, dental kit, shaving kit, hand and body lotion, coffee, tea, bottled water every day, etc basically, no need to bring anything or be worried if you forgot.
On private pool (for guest on lowest part of property) you can meet Abd who is also very friendly and helpful. Overall, all staff in hotel will make sure to meet your needs.
But besides that, EVERYTHING IS WRITTEN, all around! READ THE SIGNS, panels, etc
Food comes in so many different varieties! If you dont find for yourself what to eat here, youre not for these kind of holiday. Some of the specific things you have to request and ask for - eg. almond milk, gluten free bread, etc also, be aware that you have to take care of your stomach before coming to Egypt in general. Some probiotics will do the work (at least 3 days before holiday and during whole stay), simply because were not used to Arabic food (which is SO SUPER DELICIOUS BTW!). Water only from bottle.
There are several restaurants on property, basketball and tennis court, pharmacy, market, beauty salon, diving center, excursions, etc Resort hall smells sooooo good!
I dont have any bigger downsides I can think of. Hygiene is OK, not perfect, but ok. Again, that my subjective point of view.
It all depends on your personal expectations.

Everything about the resort was amazing. Very kind, gentle, hardworking staff who are running a world class facility. I got much more than the full value of my money. Mr. Gamal who is the manager personally came and asked me about my stay. He is a very kind and humble man and his devotion to making the stay comfortable for his guests is seen in all the staff. I would be definitely back.
