The room. Requested a quiet ground-floor room and got one. Comfortable beds. Nice balcony. One big heated pool was nice. The reef was decent. Kids stay (and eat) free. All inclusive includes local alcohol which is not clear when booking.

Inescapable loud offensive gangster rap music on the tidy beach area from 11-3 daily. Very small territory of complex - nowhere to explore. No open spaces. No kid's playground. Very small beach area - non-existent at high tide. Low energy animation team. Minimal effort. On their phones. They look like regular guests! Wifi is $10 for ONE week for restricted to ONE device. ($5 for 3 days). Spa treatments (we negotiated 4 massages for $90) were never the full 50m long. Hassle from hotel staff hawkers pushing diving/spa services/fire show is unpleasant.
