Playa Blanca is a relaxed beach resort on Lanzarote’s southern coast, where volcanic scenery frames Papagayo Beaches and the waters of the Canary Islands.

Sunlit shores, dark volcanic landforms, and a calm promenade give Playa Blanca an easygoing feel that suits families.

The waterfront leads toward Marina Rubicón, while Papagayo Beaches, Timanfaya National Park, and the El Golfo Green Lagoon widen the setting beyond the resort; local tables serve papas arrugadas con mojo and fresh seafood. July and August, along with December and January, bring the main travel periods, and five to ten days gives time for beaches and Lanzarote’s volcanic landscapes.
