Beautiful hotel , the rooftop pool was gorgeous! Rooms cleaned with fresh towels everyday and my father recieved a sweet treat in his room for his birthday with a card which was very thoughtful.
Location is brilliant central to everything
The only thing I would say it that a lot of the staff only spoke Spanish so it was a little hard for us to communicate with them but they were all so lovely regardless.
The entertainment wasn’t the best it came on quite late around 10/10:15 so it’s not really a hotel for kids

The hotel is the perfect location. Walking distance from everything and along the salou strip. Facilities are amazing. Pool and bar on the ground floor and a roof top bar and pool also. All breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet style but the food was exceptional also. Staff couldn’t have been better and the room was spotless.
Only problem I would say about the hotel was the pool closed at 7pm. That would be its only fault.

Great location. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Cocktails were very good too. The pools were lovely. The main pool gets sun about 12-9pm (August). If you want morning sun you will need to head to the rooftop pool but very tricky to get a sun lounger up there.
Stayed for 4 nights and didn’t get new towels at all and used glasses in the room weren’t replaced.

Excellent hotel in terms of location, cleanliness and friendly staff.
Everything was perfect. What I dislike is that the breakfast was the same every day and in rooms there’s not enough space for 3 people to feel comfortable. Wardrobe is very small and quite not functional.

The rooftop pool was lovely. Really enjoyed the welcome cocktails.
Breakfast was good, lots of choice and omelettes and pancakes made fresh for you.
Really good location.
Having to reserve sunloungers very early. There should be a system where lifeguard removes towels if people are gone longer than an hour. WiFi was poor, not a great signal on 5th floor. We asked for a large double bed and they pushed two single beds together and put double sheet over them.

Loved the cleanliness, the location, the staff (who were excellent everywhere), the breakfast and the whole atmosphere of the hotel.
The balcony (with the pool view) was very narrow and we could just about sit out with 2 chairs and a small table and barely see the pool. Some of the clients put towels down on the pool beds early in the morning. The pool wasn't supposed to be open until 10 am, but some people "reserved" their pool beds at around 9am.

The hotel was super clean, lots of different facilities and entertainment, air conditioning was 10/10 and roof top pool and bar was great.
Staff were rude and food seemed actually dangerous to eat. All the food tasted like something that came out of a can. Before 2 days prior to booking the hotel they attempted to take €20 to verify my card even thought they were not suppose to take anything until I was at the property. It stated my card was blocked and the booking will be cancelled in 12 hours so I called booking.com who agreed I did not need to pay this so they will call the hotel for me. The hotel were not helping at all and stated they will cancel it if I don't send the €20 even though they were advised my card would not work on booking.com. I had booking.com transfer me to the hotel and just make the payment directly just so I did not need to worry about cancellation and she took the payment ... I stated That was payment was not authorised by booking.com and she said "but it's paid now so it does not matter anymore".

Exceptionaly clean. Clean towels & clean linen every day. Good variety for breakfast. Hotel accommodated us very well with requests for room type. No noise at night time. Hotel is located right beside beach. Would strongly recommend this hotel , close to beach, wide variety of shops beside Hotel & endless places to eat catering for all types of food.
We would have liked tea or coffee facilities in room.

Hotel was lovely. Food very good with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner ?️
Some of the Restaurant staff were not very friendly. Hotel didn't seem to have a policy on guests making a lot of noise at 4:30am which happened 3 out of my 5 nights. Not really the hotel's fault!

The pool facilities were great. Location was great. Room was a nice size
Some of the staff were rude. Late checkout was not available as advertised which ruined the last day of our stay. I booked a room with a double bed but was given a room with 2 single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable. Breakfast was not very nice

Wow what a fantastic place to stay! I’ve visited several hotels in Salou and this is definitely one of the best. The hotel is so clean and modern, it looks as if it’s had a refurb or perhaps it’s always been like it I’m not sure. It was great either way! Staff are friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and bed comfy. I found the breakfast most impressive with so much to choose from. Freshly squeezed orange juice, pancakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, full English options. The list goes on! My only downside was that the WiFi was very poor and I ended up using my data but this wasn’t really an issue. I would definitely stay here again

I have been to Spain many times. This was the best Hotel I ever stayed in. It had everything. Excellent staff, great food, good hotel rooms etc. Breakfast and Dinner were both top of the class. Location was excellent and overall this great value and well worth its four star rating. Its probably best suited to couples and maybe not for families as there are limited playing facilities for children.

Location was good. The room was clean and breakfast had s good choice the rooftop area was lovey. Most staff were helpful and polite just came across a couple who didn’t seem to enjoy their jobs.
Only negative was the lifts they were very slow and you couldn’t tell if it was on its way . Using the stairs you could only access your floor , as having multiple rooms on different floors it was impossible to access between the rooms unless you used the lift . Can’t imagine what it would be like when it’s peak season .

From the welcome at reception all staff, in the main, were friendly and professional. The hotel is a short walk to the beach but also boasts two pools, both just fine. The meals are not Michelin starred but the food is fresh, well presented and again, in the main, very acceptable. The rooms are comfortable and especially for one person quite roomy; they are kept clean and fresh. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance and shopping is on the hotel doorstep.

I liked the location of the hotel. Wonderful employees at the bar.
Rude and untrained staff at the restaurant made the experience very unpleasant. Staff handling food should also be required to wear gloves. There was an unreasonable line for breakfast at 9:30 a.m., which could be avoided with better staffing. The room was disappointing: the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, there wasn’t enough toilet paper, and most importantly, there were blood stains on the bedsheets. The coffee was terrible—this is the only time in Europe I’ve had such bad coffee—and the machines need upgrading. Considering I paid for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, basic items like water and coffee should be included. Please don’t cut corners on essentials. Very disappointed
