Breakfast very tasty, the location was good and the rooms were very comfortable. A quiet hotel and nice amenities like spare beach towels, umbrellas, beach bags.
The check in was quite quick and impersonal, we were not given much information about the surrounding area or all of the hotels amenities. We were staying for our honeymoon and let the hotel know but there was no special dispensation to make our stay more special.

Cutest hotel! Parking option was a godsend, breakfast was great and the hostesses were so so kind and helpful. And amazing location.
Only thing to mention is we tried to use the jets in the tub and when they turned on a bunch of icky black stuff came out, so thinking people donβt use them very often haha

Beautiful hotel, very central with really friendly staff who were always on hand to advise and help. Our room was clean and comfortable with lovely little touches like a beach bag, and beach towels were also available. The staff were great to recommend restaurants and places to visit. We would stay there again if we return to Biarritz.
We liked everything about the hotel but a mirror in the bedroom would be a good idea.

Hotel decorated with great taste, very friendly attentive staff and perfect location. I had a comfort room with a vue: it fully corresponded to the photos shared on the website. I am surprised it only has 3 stars; better than many 4 stars Iβve been too. I will definitely come back and strongly recommend.

Great location, friendly staff, good parking options and EV charging, comfortable beds, nicely decorated room and nice bathroom. Beautiful hotel.
The room was smaller than expected (we did only book the cheapest room). Also very poor soundproofing, although the beds were comfortable, we were awake as soon as the room above started moving. We could also hear every time a door opened in the corridor.

Lovely interior, comfortable and warm room, wonderful personnel, good breakfast. We were able to have a parking spot (20Eu) and stay with our dogs (20Eu each), where they got a bowl and bed to sleep in. Rooms and hotel is quiet, so it is good for sensitive sleepers or reactive dogs
After payments for dogs and parking it got a bit pricy for a night, but other than that - we enjoyed the stay very much

Casual, art deco, surf vibe. Rooms were all tastefully decorated with comfortable beds.
Special personalised welcome note and Biarritz chocolate. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was fresh with a wide variety to select from and the fresh coffee was great!
Woke at 5am to the sounds of other guests showering above and a small child / baby crying for 30+ minutes. All in all a great stay and would recommend and will return.
