The room was very, very small, it was a struggle to fit us both in and not that clean. The bathroom was accessed by a large step which was not ideal. The view was of a roof. Way too expensive!! I would not return.

Location is excellent, the hotel is just minutes walk from beaches, port, markets and some top class seafood restaurants. Booked a room with a balcony which had a very nice view of passing boats in the canal. Room is a simple and clean design, it had a large double bed (not two singles pushed together) with good storage space, excellent WiFi and good Air Conditioning. Twin head shower is amazingly powerful. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Late breakfast availability was a bonus during my stay! Paid parking out back of hotel with access code allowed me to relax and not worry about street parking. I travel lots, and this was the most charming hotel I've stayed at for 5+ years - and at a fair price considering the popular/wealthy location. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room was the size of a shoebox and did not resemble any of the photos displayed on booking.com. The room was at the back of the hotel with a view of rooftops through a small window. The decor of the room was dark blue which added to the overall gloomy feeling. The shower holder was broken as was the soap dispenser, the hot and cold on the shower tap was the wrong way round. This was reported to reception and we were offered a coffee as compensation.
Overall 50 % overpriced in comparison to other excellent hotels and accommodation we have stayed in over the past three weeks on our cycle trip.

The shower leaked, the bathroom door didn't fit properly and had to be forcibly shut to close, clearly an ongoing issue by the scratch marks on the floor. The sink had a hole in the side. Under the bed were old water bottles and labels.

Great location in Capbreton, very central, convenient car park that can be prebooked. Location is surrounded by good affordable restaurants. Great attitude and support from the staff, very pro-active and supportive.
