Bed was comfy, shower was good and the restaurant staff saved the day. Town is idyllic.

We had a very long journey 12 hours, when we arrived we were greeted by a young reception girl who took a little while to understand us... our fault for not knowing enough French! We were desperate to get to our room as it was 9pm. We asked if we could get some food, she said probably not. We asked if she knew of anywhere...she knew very little and said everything would be shut as its late. We tried ro get into our room on the 5th floor...waiting very patiently for a very slow lift... only to find our keywords didn't work. I went back down the lift and she apologised and reset the keys, I went back up .. Still nothing. I made my way back down stairs... young girl had left reception and another fire took over. She reset the card and came with me... she was very polite and trying desperately to make conversation with me although I was tired and irritable I was grateful for her trying to calm me. We got up the lift and again... card didn't work. She had to call reception. Tried the key again and this time it worked. I let myself in.. only to find someone else was occupying the room. I was so embarrassed ? This really wasn't a good start. She got us another room quite hastily and very apologetic. We let ourselves into a very basic room ... for the money I was quite disappointed. Even more so when I realised that there was only 1 teabag in a room for 2 people and only 2 small coffee milks! Really not enough and could quite easily rectified by just filling a nice pot of different teas and coffee and a few more milks. We quickly left our room to try and find somewhere to eat. Another lovely English couple stopped to speak and recommended that we popped down to the waterfront towards bars and restaurants... alot more helpful than the reception staff could offer. On our way out a very smile waiter caught our attention so we asked if we could eat... he got his manager who did all he could ro get us seated and fed... thank you so so much. You saved the day!

The pool was nice although not too big. The breakfast was good but they ran out of cheese after our first day there. The location next to the Gran Plage is also very convenient and there was ample parking spots.

Staff was not very helpful. We asked if the kitchen could prepare a sandwich for our children as they wanted to have an afternoon snack and we were told to go to town to buy something instead. Staff is generally not prepared to deal with non-French tourists. The layout of the family room is very awkward and a bit cramped.

During booking I chose a room 24 mΒ², in fact it was 12 mΒ². Also pool, there was so many people, I don't know 2 hundred or 4, no body knows, because no limit for pool visitors.

-Three stars are enough for their facilities. It's a 3-star hotel, not 4-star -carpet in the rooms and corridor need to change, statin are everywhere. The side banked bay needs cleaning. The awful odours don't let you open windows, especially when your room is behind the lack. Ascenseurs were slow and difficult to access to the room fast’s without delay, hotels were full of people for thalasso,there was separate access to spa ,but people never respect the rules and in redemption also they never explained for using separate access to thalassotherapy.

The main corridors where dirty and smelled bad, desperately in need of modernisation. Pool and spa was very strange layout and not easy to navigate also in need of modernisation. There was hydrotherapy rooms upstairs that look like something out of a asylum, very creepy.

The room was extremely well designed & the layout quite clever,for example a door can be closed to isolate bathroom & toilet From the bedroom. Fridge, kettle ,coffee machine, table & chairs etc. One of the best rooms for amenities I've seen. Also had a great view of the lakes & free parking. Free access to Spa incredible Amount of water jets/jacuzzis etc.

Nice room with separate bathroom and toilet; views of village and sea (although latter at an angle); nice spa and swimming pool (partially outdoor); great parking facilities with possibilities to charge EVs; on walking distance from beach side center with restaurants and bars; close to seaside and beach.

Some minor things only. There's an area with shops and a restaurant which is kind of connected to the hotel. Many shops no longer open, however. Lobby, reception area and ground floor in general could be a bit more attractive/cosy.

Very nice location, central and short walks to city and beaches. Good spacious rooms, practical and with safe and aircon. Bathrobe and slippers available. Relaxing grownup atmosphere and nice outdoor/indoor spa and indoor pool for swimming. Kind service in reception, attendance in the pool.

Rather expensive, rooms and lunch/bar restaurant. We only had lunch and it looked good but did not taste so much, room for improvement. Given the price, this is an old fashion spa hotel, which is fine in itself though. Could need some decoration and upgrade in some of the public spaces.

Location is gorgeous, the room lovely and a generous size. The bathroom was very good. Parts of the spa were excellent.

Paper cups in the bedroom. In a 4* hotel this is poor quality. Some parts of the spa and some aspects of the treatments were disappointing. Some of the treatments lacked care. Some staff could have been more friendly.

2 story room with a balcony view. The olympic pool sized hot-tub spa with salt-water minerals is the best pool ive ever been in - and I own a pool and spa in Florida. Heated towel rack was nice to dry out our soaked socks from hiking 6 miles of the 6000 year old carnac alignment stones. Nearby ocean (10 min drive) has β€œthe savage coast” with awesome powerful waves and scenic overviews, dotted also with ancient standing stones. Also, some of the standing stones and circles are open at night, which is a very spiritual time to walk there.

We only stayed one night. need to stay longer to enjoy the spa more. Bring your swimsuit, the pool element exceeds what we have in Daytona Beach Florida. But the spa side of the hotel did fit me in with a treatment the next morning. Many people book ahead of time at the spa (9-5) and its tough to fit one in with just an overnight. Overall, I LOVE THIS PLACE.
