Location is perfect so close to Vieux Port, but again in quiet street. Helpful staff, and felt very safe and secure, since key was always at Reception. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Although in the heart of a City, crowded by night, it was not much noisy but rather quiet. Since I have check dosen Hotels nearby, I highly recommend this one because is value-for-the-money in this area and especially for short stay.
Little bit smaller room, but nothing special, prefer to say nothing which I wouln't like.

Brilliant location - right on the port so you are able to walk and see a lot of the sites around the city. Staff at the desk were friendly, especially the staff at the counter in late evening. Overall, satisfactory experience.
The room wasn't as comfortable, but given this was a last minute booking - had no other choice. I was in a inner courtyard facing room on level 2 with no sun/natural light. There were no plus either side of the headboard - so charging device was fun. The bathroom was also not suitable - literally the shower handle would splurt water everwhere as it was not attached to a pole directly above the shower (instead weirdly on the side). Equally, the shower bath was very high so if you are an elderly, I would not recommend this place as there are few stairs to get through even after using the elevator - perhaps request ground floor rooms (although I dont think they have them on ground floor).

The cleanliness in the room was terrible! So much dust when we arrived and it never got properly cleaned. There was so much dust in the aircon unit that we couldn’t use it in the high setting. The toilet fan doesn’t properly work so it leaves the whole room very hot and humid. Towel racks and soap dispensers were only glued to the walls and would fall easily. The bathroom is tiny, similar in size to an airplane toilet but with the added bathtub.

The hotel was very close to the port which was important to us. However that did make it difficult to drop off by car as there is actually no parking close by. The staff at the desk were very helpful in answering your questions about some places we wanted to see. They checked us in quickly and gave the impression that they were there to help In any way that they could. The room is small but comfortable the bathroom is tiny so it would not be suitable for a larger person. We did not have breakfast but a lot of people did and seemed to be enjoying it. When my husband returned to the hotel for another one night day, they welcomed him back and were very friendly towards him. Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend it.

I worry that if you were a 'larger' person you would seriously struggle. Comfortable beds, a decent TV with ability to cast onto it. Coffee facilities in the room. Overall very pleasant.
The big bonus is the location - you are literally 30 seconds walk from the main marina/harbour area with access to lots of bars, restaurants and excursions.

This hotel is very well located in the Vieux-Port area of Marseille, just a few steps from the metro. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Morning breakfast was ok.
The room was large, but somewhat spartanly furnished. It would have been helpful to have some sort of a dresser or bureau. There was only one electrical outlet, which required some juggling for keeping devices charged. The internet was a bit spotty at times. The windows looked out onto the wall of the neighboring building.

We ate breakfast in the hotel every morning and the food was excellent: lots of choices and all very good. There was a key to the room that you left at the desk just like when I was young. We spent here only one night. The hotel has a fantastic central location. One minute walk from the old port - there's great life at the port until late evening. Then, in the morning there is a market with fresh food. The hotel staff were very helpful. Our room was small but everything had its place. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices - they even had litchi compote :) - though bread wasn't as fresh as I would have expected from a French hotel.
There was very little place for our stuff. This is only a problem if you want to stay there for several days.
