1. Breakfast was overpriced by five euro per person, so we walked 250 m to Les Parasoles by the beach and had an excellent breakfast there at a lower price.
2. Parking garage was very tight and only had six parking slots. Do not use if your car is larger than a compact.
Also, the cost of 13 euro per day was excessive.

Pleasant hotel a bit far from the old city, though still close to the long beach. I liked the mountain view and the balcony, though the street was a bit busy on Monday.
The room had almost everything you could need, very clean. It was good that the toilet was separated from the bathroom, though it didn't have its own sink. The room was not big, but is comfortable. There was a pleasant terrace on the top of the building and a jacuzzi, though we didn't use it. Breakfast was good and though not very diverse, but you could find many good things there including very tasty goat cheese.
The shower wasn't protected from water well enough, so the floor got wet a bit.

This property is so close to everything, it’s across the road to the beach, it’s about a 10 min walk to the main strip and marina. Very convenient to have a supermarket 200 metres away also.

Lovely views from the balcony, air con and coffee machine in our room. The solarium on the roof was a brilliant plus and hotel decor was stylish. Breakfast lovely out on the terrace. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and would travel back to Menton just to stay again.

Mountain view bedroom on the small side, and traffic noise on this side intrusive at times. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town, but lots of bars and restaurants along the way, as well as walking alongside the beach, so no great hardship if you like a stroll.

The hotel is clean and tastefully decorated from the lobby to the rooms. Bathrooms are also very well designed. Every member of staff courteous and kind. Location is phenomenal being close to the Old town and walking distance to Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. We are very happy with our choice. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

I am a very sensitive sleeper. Both my partner and I found the bed to be very comfortable. We got some good sleep which was unexpected! The view of the ocean was beautiful. We had breakfast in our room on the departure day and it was lovely to sit on the balcony and look at the water - very relaxing. They have beach towels which you can take with you on day trips. The room was clean, quiet, and a good size. We also had control of the temperature in our room which was great. Staff was professional and efficient. The hotel is modern and well-kept. There is a jacuzzi on the top floor with an incredible view and sun deck.
The shower is poorly designed. There is no full enclosure so the water shoots out the back, onto the floor. The floor became drenched during our stay and we had to use multiple towels to sop it up - an odd situation for such an expensive room. The balcony could have better a privacy screen - our neighbor peered over the screen at us while we were having breakfast which was obviously not ideal. The hotel is a good twenty to thirty minute walk from the old town and more decent food and beach options. We wanted to use the jacuzzi on our last day, but there was a strange guy smoking a cigar there, basically taking up the whole outside deck area. Breakfast is a little expensive for pastries, coffee, juice, and a small yogurt, and it is served buffet style where you have to line up (unless you order it as room service).

Hotel is located right next to the beach, walking (700m) from train station and with buses outside the hotel. Staff were helpful , breakfast looked good but we didn't partake. We had a balcony (mountain view) and the road below was very busy and noisy. Laundry facilities just up the road, Wifi in the room was ok, coffe and tea making facilities were in the room , all in all it was a good place to stay. Plenty of eating places around

There are many nearby places for delicious pastries and coffee, which is what I chose instead of the hotel's breakfast.
The staff was extremely inhospitable, forcing me to wait hours before I could enter my room. It wasn't a question of the room being unready (one staffer did say they'd had an unusual number of departures that day, but I didn't see any activity to suggest this); it was the stated refusal to relax the policy of not allowing guests access to the room before the appointed hour. Most other hotels I have stayed at have the room ready ahead of time and are happy to let you settle in two or three hours ahead of schedule. In the rare cases when this is not possible, the host attempts to make the wait pleasant, whether it's through a bit of sympathetic conversation about your travels, a description of the hotel's services, or the offer of a glass of wine or a coffee on the house. (In fact, many hotels more modest than this one make it part of their standard service to offer a complimentary welcome drink, a plate of fresh fruit, and/or a chocolate treat. Not this one.) Btw, the following morning I left my room at 9am and when I returned at noon, housekeeping had already made up the room.
I paid for a room with a sea view, but being on the first floor meant looking at traffic, hotel signage and beachfront construction.
Menton claims to have a sandy beach and, while this is technically true, at least nine-tenths of the beaches are rocky. I had envisioned long strolls along the sea, but this was not possible. And the tiny bit of shoreline that does have sand is at the opposite end of town from this hotel (as is the spectacular Old Town and many of the shops).

After several nights in old-town Milan, we were excited to stay in a modern hotel with available parking and seaside views. Menton is a close location to Monte Carlo, but budget friendly and not crowded. The hotel's location is a convenient walk from the beautiful hillside historic center and newly renovated beach area. There are many nearby cafés for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby and breakfast area and watching the sea. I recommend this hotel and particularly the town of Menton.
It was a wonderful stay and met our expectations.

Staff was friendly, the location is good / 10 minute walk into the old city with a nice french restaurant nearby. Rooms were a decent size, and the double pane balcony door meant the rooms were quiet (car traffic in Menton is loud).
The WiFi is the main gripe, they have WiFi 4, and it asks you to enter the password on a webpage every 8 hours. This is annoying if waking up, having to log in again and get all messages, a more modern WiFi would help with signal on balcony as well.
