Had a really nice stay. The lady at the desk was really kind and tried to help us with everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a parking available and also breakfast for a little extra fee. The location is great. Would recommend this hotel.
The layout of the room was a bit weird. The bathroom was very small. As a tall person couldn’t really sit comfortably on the toilet.

The location is quite good, with loads of restaurants nearby, all walkable. Dedicated parking at 10 euros a night is a big bonus. The hotel has been recently renovated, so it all looks new and clean. Breakfast is quite good.
The room is quite small; calling it a king deluxe is a bit of a stretch. The AC unit in our room was terrible and did not cool at all. We had to open the window at night and had to sleep with all the street noise. This is absolutely unacceptable at the price they charge.

The hotel does not meet my expectations for Best Western.
The only good thing is that it is close to the square and the staff is friendly.
The room was not particularly clean, it smelled of dampness and mold on the 3rd floor. The windows don't open because they hit the cornice.
The bathroom is small, the floors and walls are old. They have tried to renovate an old building. Definitely not worth the price for the quality...

Great location central Mulhouse, fantastic for visiting both Colmar and Mulhouse and though the price was high during the christmas markets, it was still not as crazy as in most places. Staff was super friendly, premises were nice and clean, room and bed cozy. High price could include breakfast and mini fridge would be a great addition. Would be nice to have the pre-info's sent out in English (and adding non-french channels) for international guests. The mulled wine was a nice touch! Great place!

Good location, only 10 minutes to the sights in town. Clean room, friendly staff. Private car park available.
There was a slight smell in the bathroom, most probably coming from the pipes of the bath tub. Not much storing space in the bathroom, we had to improvise. For the car park, you need to leave the hotel and walk around the corner. The car park gate is quite an old system, the wings need to be moved manually. But it worked.

Lovely friendly staff, excellent location (Mulhouse is a beautiful town), good breakfast.
The hotel doesn't have private parking (which we thought it had based on the description)..this was slightly annoying after a very long drive however we did eventually find some secure underground parking nearby.
Also the bedroom was starting to look a bit worn (eg damaged floor strip on the way into the bathroom which will cause an injury to someone at some point).

For a one-night stay while in transition this is a fine place. The rooms are very small with very limited options to sit down or work, but quite functional. The bathroom was very nice.
My room, 406, faced the main room, and I could hear music, shouting, honking noises, and starting at around 5am the light rail drove by ever 15 minutes. There was also a water dripping noise coming from the bathroom or hallway.

- hand sanitizer on every floor
- got an apology for the problems with the first room, and I could stay in the other one for the rest of the nights with no added costs
- flexibility with the breakfast
- water fill with 0.75 liter bottles next to the reception
- terrace on the top floor
- in the room: tea, coffee
- breakfast includes: yogurt, all the cheese, scrambled eggs with butter, every bakery product
- at first, I was given a room on the top floor which was small, dirty, and lacking coziness (tv right at the foot of the bed, etc.)
- wondering why I get a room for a one-night traveller when I paid and planned to stay for 4 nights
- the street side of the hotel is noisy, plus there's always a construction in progress
- breakfast includes: tomato lacking of any taste (it's France, come on), some hams, the grilled sausage

Unfortunately we had the room just next to the elevator and we heard it everytime someone used it.
