The only one advantage of this hotel is location in the city center.
The furniture was very old. The floor was dirty and sticky. We traveled with baby. I booked accomodation one month before the trip and sent the request to provide us a cot. One week before arrival date the hotel confirmed the request about the cot. But we got no cot. All of them were occupied. So we spent there four horrible nights. The staff was absolutely useless. It was impossible to solve any problems with them.

Overall, for the money and the location it was worth the stay. The room was spacious.
The hotel room did not seem very clean
and it had a ,,funny" smell (sewage-like). Also, you could hear everything from the hallway and the doors from others' room. The heating came only from the AC device so it was not a very constant temperature and at night was cold. I also did not appreciate that the cleaning lady came to our door at 9 in the morning, opened our door and asked when do we leave the room (check-out time was 11). Moreover, the opening times of the reception do not make any sense. If you want to live your luggage, they will not be open at noon so you can not take it back if you need to. Also, even for one night, they will charge 100 euro deposit.

Not a very positive experience given that I got a bad allergy from the air conditioning filters that were not cleaned and my cousin and her family got a bad cold from sleeping in a cold room (which used to be a balcony and got converted into a room later on).
The personnel from the reception (the black lady - I am not a racist! just did not catch her name) was not very nice or helpful - luckily the guy with curly hair managed to step in and help.
All in all, I would not chose this place again if I will be back in Mulhouse and I would not recommend it to my friends.

The hotel was close to the train station and to many other sightseeing places. The room was quite big and comfortable.
It was promised to me before that I could store my big luggage on my leaving day in a save room for a few hours, but then in the end, I couldn't do that. That was very annoying travelling and walking around with big luggage in Mulhouse. Unfortunately, a place for storing luggage also doesn't exist in the train station.
The room was also not that clean.
Too expensive for the service, what I got in the end.

The greatest thing is the location, top location
The reception has working hours and during the weekend between 12.30 and 16.00 their is anyone to open the bagage room. Then at 16.00 you need to wait on the queue. The room was very shabby, and it looked different from the pictures.

The location is excellent, but unfortunately, that's about the only positive aspect of this hotel. On the plus side, the cleanliness was good—I have no complaints in that regard.
The property is in serious need of renovation, with old and broken furniture throughout.
However, the worst part of our stay occurred one night after midnight when someone unlocked our door while we were sleeping and entered the room with a new guest. This is completely unacceptable and unforgivable. While the security guard was polite and spoke English, such a breach of privacy is not something I would ever expect from any accommodation.

- bed is comfortable, but only one thin pillow person was provided.

When I asked the reception about it I was told that people steal them and they do not replace them and I was told to buy one from the market if I wanted to. They probably remove them so people do not take baths and waste water.
- After we manged to buy a bath plug, it transpired that there was not enough hot water for two people to take a bath! The water heater takes up one half of the closet space.
- 4 nights and we were only provided with 2 toilet rolls. I had to buy from the supermarket.
- 4 nights and only three towels were provided for 2 people.
- no hairdryer in the bathroom.
- although there is a stove in the kitchenette, there were no pots, but only one pan.

The room was dirty. It smelled old and unclean. The floor had mold near the kitchen counter. One of the lightbulbs of the bathroom was constantly flickering. The pillows were miniscule and the bedsheets had dust. Also, you could clearly hear people from other rooms. We had to leave the room on the first day and search an Ibis due to it’s appalling condition. We are to this day (after a month) trying to get a refund for such a horrible situation with no success so far. We are mostly being ignored by the property’s management. I’ve been holding off this review awaiting for the refund, but since they just forgot about me, I decided to publish it.

This is one of the cheapest hotels in the city, we chose it only because we stayed for 7 days and needed 2 rooms. It's located in the downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is in a really bad shape. Everything is damaged, low quality materials, weird cheap furniture, etc. Also there are no basic things like hairdryers or bath corks (you can ask for one but you're not guaranteed to have it). They do the cleaning once in a week or you can pay 25 EUR to do it next day.
But at least this hotel is VERY cheap.

All the items in the bathroom were clean and functioned well, the surroundings needed to be repaired. However, I did request a bathtub so perhaps it is one of the older units awaiting updating. The Fridge was not cold enough but as it was a weekend perhaps a repair person was not available to fix but made do by putting items in the freezer section.

The best part of the hotel is the service. Thank you to Harold for the exceptional welcome and conversation. His smile is fantastic, his vibes are immaculate. ✨️ The location of the place is the best as it was incredibly close to the cathedral where part of the Christmas market was concentrated. There is parking for 12 euros a day, in the courtyard and in underground. The latter is very narrow so you have to be clever about moving around. We drove a megane car but have seen a Volkswagen van fit inside.
The room is spacious, you can move around easily while leaving your luggage on the floor but there is also a wardrobe for neater organisation. I also really like the kitchen, it had just what we needed. Dish soap and sponge were included too so we could wash our stuff no problem. TV with chromecast is always a big plus and it helped us be cozy while watching a movie. We rented this place a bit last minuted but it was still the cheapest in Mulhouse that wasn't just some apartment with a janky TV on a half-wall. Residhotel is great for a short stay.
The room itself isn't very soundproof as we could hear the people passing by and talking in the corridor. Not really the best for light sleepers. The showerhead was placed a bit awkwardly on the wall, instead of being centered it was on the right of the wall and close to the corner so a bit weird to angle.

Our room was big enough to spend 5 days without any problem. The location is also very close to the old town and close to the central train station. It met with my expectations.
On the 3rd day of our stay, the hotel asked us to change our room with a statement of a bigger room was given to us wrongly. Even though we were not close to the hotel (visited another city), they put pressure on us to change our room by them before arriving to room. We had at least 3 calls and end of the last one, they explained that they solved the problem. This really annoyed me and ruined our day with a full of stress.

The location is great, near to the train station and in the city center.
The room was warm. It is quite big, with a lot of facilities.
Even I have not use, I see there are parking lots.
The staff is great, amazing guys.
I have also appreciated the storage luggage facility.
In the bathroom there are some things a bit degraded but it's not bad...
The electricity panel have not cover. It can be dangerous for child...
I wanted to respect the request: to throw away my trash, but I didn't find where...

The location was a big plus; not too far from the train station and an easy walk to the city center. The rooms are also spacious.
The staff at the front desk were relatively friendly but the cleaning staff left a bitter taste. Not only were we required to pay a 100€ hold upon arrival but the quality of the rooms just doesn’t hold up. Upon arrival we found dirty dishes in the cupboard and when asked for a fresh sponge we were met with a disagreeable cleaning person who accused us of wanting to change rooms with our complaint after barging in to get her ‘proof’ ( all we wanted was a clean sponge and never even asked to change rooms). Evidently, fresh sponges are unheard. All delivered with attitude and accusations. Why would anyone want to return for ill treatment? The place needs updating and they need to find the bathtub stoppers which are ‘mysteriously’ missing.

Great location and big room.
The housekeeper lady was very rude and didn’t want to provide us with additional towel (she gave us only one towel to be used for hands, face, body and hair during our stay of 4 days). I’ve never seen that before. Luckily, the receptionist was much nicer and gave us couple of additional towels.
