After a nightmare party next to our room past 10pm (approx. 20+ people in the room) and until midnight and later the emergency receptionist could find us another room.
Price seems to be fair.
Special request for 2 single beds could not fulfilled, the receptionist stated there are no such rooms to the more quiet side of the building existing (the other one is faced to the mains street). This is not true, because in the middle of the night, when we had to change the room because of unbelievable nightmare party noise, smoke, beats etc. next to our current room (approx. 20+ people in the room), the emergency receptionist could find us another room, 2 single beds, not faced to the main street.
The property does not have a night reception, an emergency number only, where one can reach someone in another city! Since there was an emergency case, I was told first to call the police myself, later the long-distance-support could at least reach an emergency receptionist locally. No security service at the property! Therefor almost everyone can enter the building after having received door code from friends. Besides parties in rooms and/or on balconies the noise level is high, difficult to find sleep there really.

There was trouble finding the parking area. When we did locate it and parked we had difficulty finding the lift. Eventually someone came along and showed us so we went up in the lift but we were in a different building. We had to go back down to our car and walk up the ramp and round the block with our luggage. Not acceptable when my husband is disabled. I was also unaware until the day before I arrived that I would be expected to clean the room before I left. I would not use this hotel again.

We had the queen bed suite, with pullout couch. It was nice to have a fridge and sink in the room. The rooms were good size. The receptionists were 10/10, very nice and accomodating, especially Stephanie. The location was great, 10 minute was to downtown and also close to the river. Parking was easy and free on the street. The breakfast was slightly above a continental and a little expensive for 12 euro, but convenient and enough variety to fill us up. Overall, I felt satisfied for the price.
The lobby and 1st floor hallway were just a bit smelly and the hallway is little drab and depressing looking, but this was not representative of the room. You have to take out your own trash and clean your dishes (or pay 15 euro fee), which I totally understand, but the trash room could really use a wash...

Nice room with small kitchen, very useful. Beds were comfy. We had balcony with view at other blocks of flats but it wasn't bad. Walking distance to city centre which is very handy and you hide your car in underground parking from hotel which gives safety feeling.
What was surprising that we had to collect and throw rubbish ourselves. And the balconies are integrated so you can see your neighbour and if they have open window you can hear everything basically.

It is an aparthotel, so there is no cleaning every day - it is expected. However, the room could have been a little cleaner - but no major issues.
Previous guest left the trash in the room (in the bin), again, small inconvenience.
Parking is not free, since April. 8 hours cost EUR 5, from 10-18.15, except Sundays and public holidays. A full day is EUR 25, so the last 15 minutes could be expensive.
We left the car at the underground parking, EUR 9 / night.

Nothing like pictures. Old and dated. Smelt of smoke all over. Entrance full of smokers and cig butts. The hallways and elevator stale smoke. You open the balcony and guests are smoking. Apparently they don’t enforce the no smoking rule. Evening you cannot find anybody at desk, always smoking outside.
