Hotel near the city center. In a walking distance from the city center/Castle. Hotel is not brand new, but is well mantained. Staff is nice and helpfull.

Soundproofing should be better, especialy if you get a room near the elevators. Difficult and expencive to park outside the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great in Centre-Ville! Very close to the Central Station (Gare Sud) and the main attractions (The Castle and the Cathedral of St. Peter and St. Paul). Very friendly service at the reception! We went to the HellFest in Clisson and we returned to the hotel quite late at night and there was always someone at the reception opening the main door to let us in. Good breakfast with a lot options to choose from. Comfortable rooms with plenty of space. It was convenient to have the toilet in a separate room from the shower.

close to the train station.

The black man on night duty rudely insisted on verifying if we were truly guests of the hotel at 4AM in the morning (we had just came back from Hellfest) yet he didn't say a thing to the 4 white men that entered after us. We are an Asian couple and were very offended by his conduct. If this isn't racism, I don't know what is. Also, many electrical sockets in the room were damaged and just covered up, making charges our phones and laptops quite difficult. The window was also littered with cobwebs and cigarette ashes.

Good location. Staff were nice.

The hotel is rather dated. the rooms are tired and stuffy. The air conditioning didn't work. The conference room was quite claustrophobic and didn't have any air conditioning nor could you open a window.

The waiter was so lovely and he was the friendly face we needed after being disappointed with the room and also a debacle over parking our car. We had a roof box and although our car was under 2 m we really struggled to find secure parking. Ultimately we parked right outside hotel for which we were grateful but would not stay here again nor would recommend it. Basic.

I appreciatted very much the staff kindness. No issues nor charges for a later checkout and luggage storage. The breakfast was good without any issue to find a table. The location is great, close to city center and train station. The room was clean.

In general the room is quiet, but there is an isolation issue, I could hear the conversation from another room. The sofa bed is not comfortable. The bathroom sink drain was not working properly and had to be removed to drain the water.
