We got a room on the ground floor with the view to inner yard and smoking area, it was still ok, as we had no intention to spend much time in the room, and we did not ask for the upgrade.

Location is perfect, close to most popular places.
Actually the size of room was surprisingly good for Paris (maybe there isnโt much space for luggage trolley, but overall itโs pretty good). Another star goes for king size bed!
Breakfast was tasty, but it could be more varied, because if you will attend breakfast about 9 oโclock, there wonโt be much food left.
There was a little problem, when we arrived, but it was solved quickly.

The location was ideal and central for any site seeing. Ease of access to the Metro stations and of course many choices of eating.the best part of our experience was the CS specifically Mohamed/ Patricia who were fantastic with information unlocking some secrets of Paris. The breakfast was a good selection with unique dining space.

The room was fine although I found it a little cool. Location excellent. Breakfast very good until last morning when we had to leave early and they packed us a breakfast, not sure why we could not pack it ourselves as it was prepared. I Stated we don't eat pastries but was given 1 anyway,asked for yogurt and was given some sort of fruit puree, a stale sandwich and an apple. (WE enjoyed the apple)I asked for tea and got cofe which I don't drink very disappointing and waste of money

Everything was great! The staff were very nice and understanding of my situation during the booking process and helped to accommodate my needs to their best ability. The amenities were clean and pleasant. The breakfast experience was quaint but satisfying.
The pricing was a little high, but totally understandable given the excellent location and how accessible everything is. The room I stayed in was a little unconventional, the toilet room and shower room being separate. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable room! Shower pressure was great too and included amenities. It had even a fridge which is not that common in hotels in Paris of this price range.
The shower door didnโt close properly so some water leaked in the bathroom. The matress of the single bed (room 103) needs to be changed as itโs tilted/uncomfortable.

The location is close to most tourist attraction. It is walking distance to St Lazare Train station and public buses. There are many restaurants and bakeshops close to the hotel. The breakfast included in the hotel is very good. The staff or receptionists are very nice.

The locatipn was very convenient, metros, trains and buses all within 10 minutes walk. The staff were nice and accommodated our needs to leave the luggage with them outside of our check-in times, The self service breakfast made up for it a bit because it had great variety and good quality products. Generally we would go back because of the nice atmosphere and the good value for money (we paid 174โฌ for 1 night including breakfast.
we booked the โromantic experienceโ which we paid for upfront but was forgotten. After reminding the staff, we picked up the wine and chocolates ourselves which were average/poor quality, wouldnโt recommend.
The bed was comfortable but the shower leaked onto the floor and generally doors within the rooms have a 2 inch gap and you canโt lock them

The staff were very friendly and professional. Mahomet, especially, went out of his way to help us.
We were unsure of our final departure date on our final morning but we knew we would find out in the afternoon whether we needed an extra night. We were not able to book the extra day on a "to be confirmed" basis so we had to pack and check-out just a few hours before finding out. This was inconvenient, particularly as we had a 6-month old baby and all the extra equipment needed to look after her. Given that we had to pack everything, anyway, we decided to move to alternative accommodation when we discovered that we did need to extend our stay.
