Awesome staff, superb location, very clean wonderful ammenities. Villa des Ternes is my default hotel when I'm in Paris. Very great location, just close to Porte Maillot. Metro and bus access not far from the hotel and there are many shops next to it. Avenue des Champs Elysée is not far either

Great location linked to gare du nord with rer E and paris west with rer C
Very comfortable bed, decent space in the room, decent space in the bathroom and nice shower pressure. Super soft towels! Very nice amenities overall and very polite staff . There is an elevator.
No kettle available but the person at the reception prepared hot water for delivery in the room upon request which was a very nice touch.
The light in the room is a bit too dim.

The staff. The manager was kind. Mary who checked me in was very friendly. And Camille is a great staff member to have on your team because she makes sure her guests have everything they need! I have been working in the hotel industry for the last 5 years so I don’t take good service for granted. And the breakfast was perfect!
Nothing, it was perfect!

Location - this hotel is well situated near Line 1 of the metro and not far from Champs Elysees. Great location. Also front desk staff were great at one stage offering us sweets from breakfast for free.
Room size was tiny esp with two people plus suitcases. Also cleaner often forgot to clean the room throughly and we always had to ask for water!

The room was clean, cosy and had all the amenities needed, including luxurious L'Occitane en Provence products in the bathroom. The mini fridge and bedside tray were well-stocked. The room was tastefully decorated, with a large window which opened onto a whimsical view of a Parisian side street.

location is excellent, close to rail links and metro, supermarket nearby as well as good restuarants and cafes. Room though small has everything you need, bathroom amenities good, nice towels and linen, tv good, fridge in room, minibar, waking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Quiet neighbourhood not touristy. Safe at night. Staff friendly and helpful, all spoke english and were very pleasant to engage with. Stayed here many times, always a pleasure.
Breakfast was good but basic, felt that the continential breakfast was weird in restricting the number of pastries to two.

The staff was very helpful and nice. And the girl who takes care of the kitchen and eating área. I think she is Moroccan or Algerian. She is amazing and deserves a raise :)
The cleaning is slow. I arrived at 3:30 pm after leaving the whole day and my room was not cleaned yet.
