From dried fruit and nuts, to breakfast cereals, to salmon and not to mention the freshly baked breads and cakes. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Amelie at reception was so welcoming as was Haleema, the lady serving breakfast. Bathroom was lovely and clean

the staff is ordinary, they are very pleasant as if you are at home, they get a clean 10 because at the end of the day they let us sleep and wait for the flight, they didn't wake us up, even if no one told them not to be there... The cleaner is also great because it monitors when you're in the room and when you're not, and when you leave it comes in and cleans, it's not like in other hotels that they break into rooms if you don't put a warning on the doorknob. Congratulations, the tower is 10 minutes away by foot, uber to the gate β¬15, great location! At the hotel you have a shop that works 24/7 and a supermarket, fast food next to the hotel..

My main complaint is that it says there is no parking. There is no parking! The nearest one is 7 minutes away, at least for 16 euros a day. We were greeted by a not very cheerful guy, zero greetings and zero smiles. And the guy said that 16 euros for parking is only for hotel residents, but it's actually the rate for everyone.

I loved the balcony, and the fact that the room for the most part was very clean and appealing.

Nice room, good location. Nice view from the window. The staff is probably like everywhere else you come across at the moment, and it will either be good or not.
It was very noisy. Were they washing machines or something, it felt like there were five of them working at the same time. All evening, all night, and the next day. It was impossible to sleep easily. There was a desire to change the hotel, to be honest. Although the room is great, the noise is simply unbearable.

My boyfriend and I love Maison 46. It is the second time we have stayed here. This time we were lucky enough to get an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower just by chance. It is so close to the centre, very modern, clean and has a welcoming feel.
Not much to dislike ! Maybe the only critique would be that there was a rip in the curtain but thatβs all aesthetics so didnβt disrupt our stay at all!

Location of the hotel is inconvenient, the whole streets around was under construction which made it less accessible and also a lot of noise in the morning. In the bathroom there wasnβt any vanity kits (basic ones) which you usually receive in any hotel, and also the sink was leaking badly. The room is not noise proof. And the worst part is that we paid for breakfast for the whole days we stayed, but when we arrived to the breakfast there was only eggs and bread, nothing else. We did not expect much from the breakfast but this is not even the bare minimum. In regarding to the staff members they were kind & great.

Perfect Hotel, perfect rooms, bed and etc.... Outstanding location, we had everything in the area. it is also near the main tourist attractions. Great front desk lady and gentlemen. Very chill. Very clean room and Hotel in general. it is obviously that front desk and HSK have great relation. I really liked shower cabin. From 94 SAVED hotels and apartments in Paris this was the best choice. I been searching quite a lot on booking for a three months before our trip.
We were from 23 to 28.04 and managed to see everything that we wanted.

The location 10 mins walk from the train station lots of good restaurants close by and 20 minutes to the tower the hotel was very clean towels and room cleaned every day great breakfast staff really nice and helpful also recommend buying tickets for the open top TO-OT bus we bought 48 hours ticket and went to all the places of interest they come every 7 minutes hop on hop off.
Could recommend having an iron and board in the room i never asked but hotel probably had them to use but that's just me I hate going out in creased cloths.

The coordination with Booking.com leaves much to be desired. Our original booking had already charged us the city tax, but the hotel said city taxes must be paid at the hotel, which I had to cough up. Still trying to settle this issue with all parties. I booked a non refundable room but was charged for a flexible, refundable room. Something needs to be sorted out.

We had a perfect stay for my friend and I having a girls trip. Peaceful and clean, the location was great to go walk to the Eiffel Tower in 24 minutes, we even walked to the Louvre and the Arc, but that was probably more than many would go, but still, it was a great location. the hotel was 15 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower, had loads of places to eat within 5 mins walk
The staff were very helpful and hotel was very clean
Its a small hotel so was nice not be in a bit chain
could not fault anything about it
