When we entered the room we noticed that the shower was not clean and proceeded to tell reception which told us it was just because the soap leaked ( however it was foam , clearly showing the shower was just used) after this encounter we noticed that the hand soap bar wrapper was opened and soap bar used and the kettle was very hot meaning it was just used. We told reception once again , which rudely told us to clean the room and toilets and that another room will be provided but we had to do it quickly .. however room was provided. The room was now clean and the stay was kind of comfortable due to its location. It also good to mention that the TV remote was very much broken and found in a bad state. When coming to check out we were checking in all corners of the room to make sure that we leave nothing behind, however when we checked under the bed we noticed that it was filthy with dirt and we also found an opened wrapper of condoms .. which is evident that the room is not regularly cleaned which is disgusting!! When we advised reception when we were checking out , she told us that she can do nothing about this situation. To add to the frustration, the hotel does not offer a decent luggage room , we had to leave our luggages in the corridor in front of an elevator near the entrance, which allows anyone in, and when reception leaves the area, they are left un attended.

The room and the bed where really small. Hotel is located on top of the metro so you would here alot of noice when they pass underneath. The toilet door was a noice sliding door next to the bed so impossible to use without waking the other person up. Rooms where in general clean. However they had this Ikea wooden pannel on the bottom of the shower that smelled really bad after showering and looked very unhygenic. You could see as well the dirt inbetween them.

The room was small but as expected for hotels downtown in Paris. The room was cleaned daily, and it was quiet. The beds were good and the sheets clean. The hotel has breakfast (we did not take it) and a small interior court. Very close to the Metro Grenelle and to numerous shops and restaurants.
The shower was too small for an overweight person. Also the stairs are a little difficult for persons with mobility issues. But it is acceptabile, just to be aware.

Itβs a cute boutique hotel in a great location. Room was small but comfortable. Sheer curtains and blackout curtains gave us light or dark at our pleasure. Security is good with safe in room and deadbolt on door. We enjoyed our stay with no issues or concerns. We would have enjoyed breakfast in the small courtyard but we were not there at the right time of year. Hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Stairway to room was under renovation so covered in sheets; necessary but not elegant. Breakfast room was unattended for most of the time we didnβt there and it didnβt feel like a self serve situation.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Paris. The location was absolutely perfect β everything was within walking distance, so we didnβt even need to use public transport.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out without any extra charge, which was really convenient.

The shower area was tiny but I was fine with it, but some people might not love it.

Room service could have been better, not judging the size of the room but the things inside hotel room were weak in choice. They did not even provide hotel slippers and you had to stay on your own shoes or nothing at all to wear on your feet. The bathroom quite small and not very comfy , shower place with some small issues like water going out of it and flooding the bath area. You need to be careful with that as it goes right in to the room. Needs improvement! Air conditioning was good as we were now in winter time it was cozy and warm.

It was a big shock for us that our rooms were located on part of the hotel that does not have elevator !! ( we only know that when we checked in) so we really suffered taking up and down our big luggage using the stairs. The rooms were so small good for only one person but not for two . The keys of the rooms usually do not work . The wall socket was very old and whenever we used it it was about to get out of the wall . The beds were too small . The cupboard was very old and really hard to open it and close it . The whole hotel needs to be well maintained and renewed before hosting any guests.

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street. The entrance of the Eiffel Tower is a mere 20 minute walk, the metro, bus and RER are right around the corner. Everything was clean, the room is small but really has everything you need for a long weekend in Paris. Shower was hot and water pressure was great.
Small bonus: The room service noticed that I had brought my own black tea and replenished it.
The hygienic protection of the otherwise comfortable mattress felt a bit plastic. The lid of the toilet had a crack (which wasnβt really bothering us).

We like this neighborhood, not at all touristy, but not a long walk from some major tourist attractions like the Eiffel Tower. The location is just a minute from a subway station, and the street has a wide variety of nice shops. Great open air market Sunday morning. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to check in early, which we appreciated. It is convenient to have breakfast available at the hotel in the morning.
We had no problems here, and it's a good value. However, the room is extremely small, and the shower is even smaller. This is strictly a place to sleep. Morning breakfast is okay, probably better to walk down the street and have a nicer breakfast at a restaurant.

I loved how comfortable the bed was, the decoration is cute and it was very clean except for the mini fridge. Loved how close it was tl everything. It was a very simple stay but it was decent for how close it is to the eiffel tower, so I would say that overall it was worth it.
Walls are thin but thankfully none of the neighbors bothered me. The Mini fridge smelled so strong of vinegar and I think it was fruits that went rotten in there and the cleaning ladies forgot to clean it. The safe in the room did not work.

Excellent location for restaurants, site seeing, metro, etc. Hotel is easy to find and access. Reasonable level of service and cleanliness, Staff were helpful and it felt safe, even late at night.
Teeny, tiny room! I've stayed here before, but not in a room so tiny. The shower was so small I could hardly turn around in it. The overall cleanliness was good, but the detailed cleanliness could be improved.

Location (Close to Effie tower. Restaurants all around.
Hotel Elevator (lift) was broken. Well it worked with the bypass key inserted. So unless you were on the floor it was, it didn't work. It was posted on the elevator and I know things happen, but it seemed like this has been broken for some time.

The location
I arrived early to Saphir Grenelle Hotel, before check in time and I was emidiayly charged the tourist fee before checking in nor checking the facilities. Three room option with stairs and no elevator facilities to the rooms were offered. I notified the front desk person that we could not stay that the facilities were unacceptable that we were elders and needed elevator facilities to the rooms. Even though we had payed an additional fee for cancelation. Our money was not reimbursed because they claimed that we would not be refunded because we had to do it 3 days in advance. I claimed that we could not have canceled before because we had not seen the facilities and we are elders with mobility limitations who can not go up and down the stairs.
. That I was going to look for a different hotel. I asked if I could stay in the lobby while I made the call to find another place. They agreed. I called and found another hotel and booked it.
Please refund all the charges to my card because this hotel acomodation were not acceptable.
