The rooms are tiny even your luggage cannot fit in properly. The shower is not proper so the water comes into the bathroom and bedroom.and caused my luggage to get wet. This They give you a hotpot, tea, coffee, sugar but no milk. You have to go downstairs to get milk. It’s very inconvenient

- The room is very very very small .. like it was only the bed with 40-45 cm as a corridor around it to walk through.. But the view from the balcony is very good
- House keeping service is very poor .. as if u wanna anything such as TOOTHPASTE or something .. u must go get from the reception by yourself .. and also they are not cleaning the room .. i don’t know why ?.. like everyday we go out about 9 am and come back at 9 pm .. and only the bedsheets are tided .. nothing else ?

Booked two rooms in advance of Paris Marathon & loved the quaint prime location & balcony view of the arc & it's open space to see the Eiffel (access to arc de triumphe & districts all within walking distance), quieter street, modern neutral color styling, comfortable bed & mirror to open space & hooks/storage for efficient use of small space think Ikea; didn't opt for brkfst w nearby cafes but avail for purchase. Would stay here again!
Upon arrival, there was scaffolding/construction on the building directly in front of entrance/our rooms - had secured 2 rooms - one double w terrace and one single* (*two terrace windows w balcony!) adjacent on 5th floor - were told by reception that they didn't know either but work being done was by the city as needed. Thankfully, the workers completed the work the next day & moved down toward the next rooms. The small rooms & elevator do make it a tight squeeze for large luggage & there isn't really air conditioning but rather fan/heating. Fortunately, opening the windows provided cool air at night during warm spring temps.

The checkin lady lied to us after a long day of travel that our locks on the doors were getting rehanged out and had to come back at 2:00 which was check in but we had asked to come in early -actually she went to one step further of lying saying that she made sure they changed ours first once we returned. We finished check in and went up stairs to our room which was a joke!
You opened the door and you walked into the bed! They advertise a different size of a room and they you received a shoe box! Literally! Then Friday morning we hear all kinds of noise of drills and hammering around 7:30-8:00am and get a knock at the door by a man telling us he is here to change out locks! I told him no you changed them out already- he said no. So when we went down stairs to leave I approached the girl
I said you told is the loch was changed and now we were woken up early on our vacation
She the lied again and said no they never came and I said you specifically told us to come back after 2 because of that! She didn’t know what to say . After that she was a complete ignorant woman. They have constructed going on outside which they failed to tell us so at early morning you are hearing a pounding and chiseling outside! This was our vacation! I’m in Paris I use a specific hotel this year I could not get in it was full my friend found this!
Never again! $1000 for three nights for a crappy shoe box and a front desk agent that lies! Save your money skip the Stella they have many hotels in that area don’t give them your money. Truthfully that room was not worth more than $500! I’d like to get half my money refunded. Lastly the toilet paper we and towel issue!

The problem was with the room. It reeked of mold and mildew, actually making us sick once we were in the room. The shower door would leak onto the bathroom floor and soak anything on the ground.
