The cleaning ladies didn't speak French OR English... a bit hard to communicate and I travel with my service dog, and the cleaning ladies were not super nice about my dog. The regular staff was! (regular staff and guest services were very friendly).
Also, I had to pay a fee for my service dog, which is OK, but not really following the Booking.com policy. That's OK. But be aware if you travel with your service dog (20 euros extra per night)
These are the reasons I rate it 8. But the rest was worth an 8 :).

The room was amazing with a lovely view, and the staff were extremely accommodating. We were able to store our luggage while we explored the markets just a street over until our check in time.
The only fault I can think of is the screen sharing to the TV not having the best connection but other than that everything was perfect

Beds had clean linens and the floors were presentable. Had room to put own drinks in the mini fridge. Good for the location and the staff were very kind. Decent amount of storage for own things.
However the bathroom ceiling tile was dislodged, the bathroom fan did not work fully so there was a lot of condensation. The shower head had months build up of limescale. The rooms do get Very hot, even with aircon. Very basic room.

The location was good for a short stay, and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby and exterior of the hotel were charming and had a romantic touch.
The room was poorly maintained — the shower barely worked, and the ceiling paint was peeling. While the hotel may have once been lovely, it now urgently needs maintenance if not renovation.

Felt a bit tired and lacked the attention to detail bits - no milk in the room although there was coffee. The fridge was not cold. Couple of the tiles on the bath were falling off.

Our first night was terrible the air conditioning and fan didn’t work we didn’t get any sleep it was so very hot we told them the next morning and they said they couldnt move us after many conversations I got quite firm and we finally were moved to a room where the air conditioning worked but the fridge didn’t

Amazing little find 10 minute walk from the arc de triomphe. Reception chappy was very pleasant and helpful. My solo room was amazing, with a four poster bed and view of the courtyard (I've stayed in a lot of solo rooms and they are usually small). Room very clean. Very quiet surroundings considering it was New Years Eve I stayed. Would highly recommend

This hotel is absolutely stunning and nestled beautifully in the city of Paris. The hotel is located near the Arc de Triomphe and has plenty of incredible restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was beautiful and conveniently located. I would return to this hotel!
The room and bathroom were a little tight as I struggled to open the large luggage on the ground in our room. The hotel breakfast is somewhat limited. The hallways to the rooms were quite dark but still bright enough to see the room numbers.

The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and the hotel sits on a quiet cul‑de‑sac, which makes the area feel very peaceful. There are plenty of shops around, including coffee places, boulangeries, and a small fresh market with fish, fruit, and meat. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants too, with a delicious fondue spot and a ramen place only a short walk away, plus several supermarkets nearby.
The room was very small — comfortable enough for one person travelling alone, but it would feel tight for anyone else. The shower was also quite cramped, and getting in and out was awkward because the door couldn’t fully open between the toilet and the sink. The hotel could improve its housekeeping system: there’s no “Do Not Disturb” sign, and even after saying “no” loudly when they knocked, the cleaning staff still entered the room twice. It made the stay feel less private and a bit uncomfortable.

We liked the air conditioning, the beds were comfortable and clean, there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower and the lobby had food. It was easy to find and drove all the way to the door. Location was great.
The check-in was unpleasant as they challenged whether our dog could stay which was surprising given the booking didn’t specify only small dogs. There is no parking despite this on the website and booking.com. They were doing major works on the building that was loud.
