The location - within 2 minutes walk from the Gare and 5 minutes walk from historic Petite France. The room was spacious, bed was very good, there was a sofa too, a little desk to sit and work, enough racks to hang cloths, the bathroom was big and spacious! I liked everything.
The only inconvenience was to log-in every time you opened internet.

The room was small , but the bathroom was tiny - making almost impossible to take a shower .it probably does not have the minimum measures for an average person to be able to bathe .

Location was perfect
Unfortunately, the heating system of the entire hotel was not working during my stay.
Since it was Sunday, no technical support was available, and the issue could not be resolved.
Although extra blankets were provided, staying in a hotel without proper heating in winter was uncomfortable.
This should be clearly communicated to guests in advance.

We came at Christmastime. It was convenient to the train and the Christmas markets. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was clean with a modern bathroom. There is a pub attached to it that provides a welcome spot to have a drink after a busy day.
Nothing. It was exactly what we needed.

Excellent location—just a 3–5 minute walk from the train station and an easy walk to Old Town, the cathedral, and Christmas markets. Great value for being this close to the historic center. Room was small but perfect for a solo traveler: very clean, comfortable bed, excellent hot shower pressure, and a window that opened to the street. Nice pub attached and a great breakfast spread.
Room is on the smaller side, but wasn’t an issue for a short, solo stay.

The location is convenient and the courtyard area is pleasant!
The room provided did not match what was booked or advertised on Booking.com. We booked a double room but were placed in an incorrect room on the first night. After complaining, the room was changed multiple times, and the issue was only fully resolved on the last night.
Facilities were inconsistent between rooms (for example, heating was missing in one room). Staff gave misleading information initially and only offered an acceptable solution after repeated complaints. Being told the hotel was “fully booked” is not acceptable, as the booking was made correctly in advance.

- The hotel is very close to the center
- The hotel gives a voucher with some discount for one of the closest parkings
- The room was very clean
- The AC was not strong enough
- You could hear everything from the other rooms …
- VERY expensive for a 3 start hotel… we went during the Christmas markets so it was expected but for the price at least they could give free breakfast

The location is nice and close to everything. However I would not stay this close to gare area as the atmosphere is not very pleasent in the street. The room is not big but is okay for short stays. The staff was helpful.
I saw human hair on the various parts of the bed as soon as I pulled the blanket. How can you not check and see this obvious black hair on a white sheet after cleaning the room for a new hotel guest?

Location was amazing. It's near the main train station. Near grocery stores, bakeries, lots of other shops & restaurants. Walking distance to petite france and main city center! Room had stacked storage cubes/cabinet, definitely useful when floor space was limited.
Rooms were small, especially the bathroom. Wooden floors were squeaky. Only USB ports near some beds, no normal plugs, which can be a pro, but a con for me as I charge everything using my 1 adapter. Not much space to open luggages with 4 ppl.
