Its location and the decoration is well thought out. The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.
The bathroom was very small and it was hard to get in and out of the shower because of where it is located. Larger people would not be able to get in! Very tall people would not be able to sit on the toilet.

Everything is quite good, modern and clean. High quality. Near to the center. Almost no place to park near.
The walls are too thin. No sound isolation. The alarm clock in the other room wakes you up. I am very angry of that. If you want to relax and sleep well, maybe u will not be able. And can hear everything in the other rooms

very friendly staff and great location
The rooms were a bit cold as the heaters only work during the night! Also the hotel has been closed until Friday 27th December - during the Christmas- without informing the guests, hence my family stand behind the closed doors for 45 min until they open it at 14.00H. This is was not great and very unusual for a Hotel!

The elevator is too tight, however ot is an old building, so I think there's no simple solution for that.

Good price for a hotel so near the city centre. Everything you want in Touloulse is just a short walk away
The view from my window. It will finish one day I'm sure. Note:even though work was being done on the site, it was not obtrusive. And none at night.

Great location. Very friendly staff. My coworker was given a room where the bar downstairs was very loud, and she wanted to have a nap but it was too disruptive. So she went down to the reception to request a different room and although the staff first resisted to change her room, they helped her move into a quieter room in the end.
The rooms were a bit small and didn't have a fridge, water, or a kettle. Also, I don't think there's A/C.

Great location, walking distance to the center, shops and restaurants close by.
Confortable bed and clean room.
The shower is very narrow, there’s no teacup and kettle in the room (although they allowed me to use those from the breakfast).
Unfortunately there is some roadwork in front of the hotel so it was bit noisy in the morning.

The location is good and the property has it’s charme. The staff at the front desk was super nice. The room was very clean and had evenrthing I needed. The bathroom was very nice and I also liked the phone charger shelve next to the bed, which is very handy. The rooms are very small, but that didn’t bother me at all. Everything I needed was there.
As it is located currently opposite of a construction side, having a room at the front is not recommended. The hotel is very noisy, but what bothered me the most is that the head of the bed was against a cove through which the water pipes run. Therefore I could hear everybody’s flushing or water use run through. This was not very convenient.

Great location, friendly staff. Clean rooms.
Parking was a little unclear that it was offsite in a busy garage after the rugby match but we figured it out. The air con didn’t work well and took some finagling. If you used the window the brightness from the street kept you up.

Reception are really helpful and gave us a better room for only 14 euro more. On our return they remembered and gave us a similar room. Its was well worth the extra cost to upgrade.
The location is brilliant as out the back door are lots of restaurants and bars as well as the market where we had great stand up breakfasts of coffee, hard boiled eggs and baguettes with butter, fresh orange juice for around 12 euro for 2. We could have bought ham and cheese, fruit from other stalls to add to it. First shop on the right. Tables outside but no chairs.
We walked to and from the train station no problem.
It's quite an old hotel which they are constantly upgrading so parts look better than others and the first cheap room we booked was like a dungeon.

The reception staff were pleasant and welcoming, both on arrival and at checkout. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a good shower, despite the sink not draining - probably blocked. Obviously an excellent location in the city centre.
Based on the photos, I expected the room to be larger and a bit more tastefully furnished. In reality, it was very small and quite basic. The listing mentioned soundproofing, but we could clearly hear noise from the hallway, neighbouring rooms, and even outside. Our ‘courtyard view’ room faced a wall just a couple of metres away, which was disappointing. The bathroom sink was also blocked. Overall, the room didn’t match the impression given by the photos or description, and I felt let down - especially since I paid slightly more than nearby options expecting a better experience.

Great location and helpful personal. Initially our linens had marks due to poor laundry but the staff immediately assist us and cleaned again the room and changed towels and bedsits. Spacious room.
Wouldn’t recommend it to a light sleeper, as it can get noisy during the night. Rooms are older than what it looks on the picture
