Lovely warm welcome from the lady on reception. Good location for the train station.
It’s a little tired but still comfortable. Some outside noise but that’s to be expected given the convenient location.

The hotel was clean and functional.
It was very good value for the city location.
Any additional facilities would mean that the prices would increase, so I think the rate was fair for the location.

We travelled as a family of 3. The manager was friendly and efficient. The housekeeping ladies were friendly and had our room ready early. The location was directly opposite the train station Gare Matabiau (which is why we chose it) and a 10 minute walk to the main square Capitole. The room was small but fit our purpose for an overnight stay. The area felt safe at night to walk around.

Location is great, friendly stuff.
There was a confusion about parking, i thought it is free of charge but i it is not . The capsule is provided for additional 12 Eur a day. It was not very clean ( not cleaned everywhere, only mist used areas in the room)

The hotel is in the perfect location for the ones travelling by train. Just infront the train station, hotel has double windows and sound isolation is really good.
Good for one night stay.
Rooms and bathrooms are old, but it's ok for one night.

The parking was catastrophic. Even if it was only 100 m from the hotel, it took me one hour to get there with the indications of the host and it was very complicated to enter the parking lot

Location was the only reason I stayed here as it is directly in front of the train station and also the airport bus is just across the street.
Hotel is very basic and the reception floor has an unpleasant smell. The walls are thin and I could hear every word when people were in the hallway.

Great location and the room had double windows for sound proofing. The bed was comfortable.
Not the warmest of welcomes, the chap on reception barely said two words to us. He told us our room number but not what floor we were staying on. There was no "hello" or information about things to do in the area.

We stayed only for a few hours, arriving very late and leaving at 5 in the morning. The location was easy to find, and the 24-hour reception was very convenient. It’s directly opposite the Gare Matabiau train station, which is exactly why we chose it. The room was simple but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.

We stayed overnight due to travel out of Toulouse Blagnac the next day. The hotel is perfectly located across from the Train Station. We elected to stay overnight at the hotel and to take a taxi directly to the airport the next day as we had large suitcases. The surrounding area is excellent as it has many restaurants around. We found a fantastic Lebanese restaurant which we will re-visit the next time we're there.
The main entrance to the hotel is a narrow door and is a step up from the pavement outside. This means that entering the hotel with large, heavy suitcases is problematic. They need to put a ramp so that it is more easily accessible.

Very friendly efficient Receptionist. Excellent value for money given the location.
Room was a little small for the 3 of us, but at such a good price one cannot really complain. Shower booth is also a little small.
