It had a great location

The property was outdated, it was definitely not a villa. It was so loud. More of a hostel style. Could barely sleep there were noises all night. Very thin walls.

These apartments are about 750m from the main tourist area. Room was a reasonable size and free street parking was available behind the building if a space was available.

Apartment is probably the wrong description for this property. Other than 2 hotplates and a sink it had very little you could use to prepare meals. No saucepans, kettle, toaster, oven or microwave, no teatowels or detergent, only very basic knives and forks. The bathroom had a lot of black mould, If my wife had been with me, I doubt she would have had a shower. The beds were very old and noisy, If arriving on a Sunday be prepared to go to the tourist area for a meal, nothing at all is open close by. The area appears safe but is let down much a lot of graffiti. This property could use a major upgrade in equipment . Had a washing machine but nowhere to hang washing except one outside window line with 3 pegs.

We booked a room with a DOUBLE BED and got a small room with two singles. Upon requesting what we paid for we got no help or part of the money back. Receptionist was too late to open the apartment for us and was unfriendly

Pictures and description of facilities we're not a true reflection.Air conditioning was very noisy and looked old.Accommodation rated as 3 but was poor I'm terms of facilities, location and was more expensive in comparison to other 3 accommodation where I stayed in Split.Sadly disappointed

The apartment is easy to reach driving into Split. The road itself was fully parked and had no parking spaces left. You can pay an additional fee to use the parking spot right next door to the apartment. Access was easy, the room is clean although somewhat dated. There is a small kitchen, fridge and AC and the rooms were large enough.

Great location, close to the OldTown (10 minutes walk). There was also a car parking what was essential for us (it is not easy to find a car park in reasonable price in that area).

Room could have some renovation and deep cleaning. Road to the car parking is very narrow (i know - it's not fault of the Flat owner) but better rent a small car to get there :)
