The front desk staff was friendly, the hotel was in a decent location, and for a fee they could accommodate an early checkin of 12 pm for our family.
The room was extremely small, and it was not the layout or size I expected from the photos. There was no coffee machine as the photos indicated, only a kettle with instant coffee and tea.
There is not any air conditioning, and the room was very warm and muggy. Thankfully there was a fan available.
Housekeeping entered our room without knocking on check out day. This caught our family off guard - thankfully we were clothed.
The breakfast was sub par. The restaurant was very busy, and the service was slow. Most items were not replenished very often, if at all. The self serve coffee/espresso machine was a highlight.
In my opinion, the price we paid was much higher than the value we received, in comparison to other properties we have stayed at in Dublin.

It’s clean and good spot in town.
To begin with, parking is hard. There is only parallel street parking with a 3-hr maximum each parking time between 7:00am to 7:00 pm. Ppl staying here with a car have to come back and forth during daytime. It’s just simply ridiculous.
What’s more, the room section is like a maze. I made many turns and went through doors and staircases in order to make to my room. Btw, I really couldn’t locate it at the beginning and asked help from one of the receptionists. She signed and lead my way with a cold face.
And most importantly, the customer service is terrible. I forgot 120 pounds cash in the room, since I took them out the night before I went back to London. And I just made a phone call to see if anyone found it. The receptionist who picked it up was really unprofessional and indifferent. She said she didn’t know and I should just call during working hours. Without asking my name, my booking info or anything, or offering to contact me when her lost&found colleague is at work. It’s clear that my trouble is none of her business.
And no one has contacted me through email or phone to let me know that I lost some money in the room before I realized and called them two days later. At this moment, I still don’t know if the staff has it at the Lost n found since the only thing I can do is to wait till the right person is at work.
So here I am, being mad n nothing to help but leaving my complaint right here at midnight.

The location was great and walking distance to most attractions was good. The gaol was the furthest but doable and was better than a 20 Euro taxi. Parking could be painful but there is a Qpark garage within a 10 minute walk and there is a hotel discount. The room was well appointed, clean and up to date. The little touches were noted. The coffee machines and cups in the rooms, along with a small refrigerator, were very welcome. The bathroom and shower were more that adequate and the rainfall shower head was great. Check-in and early morning check-out were a breeze. Definitely recommend this hotel.
The bathroom sink did not produce enough hot water to comfortably shave. The water was more luke warm, but still possible. (The shower water was more than adequate with its own tankless heater.) The room was a little tight with a full size bed and and two single beds, but that is reaching for a complaint; the room fit 3 beds in it.

the front desk staff was excellent in helping out with taxi service and everything was in walking distance where you need to go for tours.

Clean, nice room at a relative good location. Great breakfast. Comfy beds.
Although our beds were made, the coffee pads was not refilled, and our coffee cups were not washed, but simply filled up with water and placed next to the sink. Never experienced this.
When I asked for an adapter, they didn't bring it to my room but asked me to go down to pick it up at the reception.
The shower is a bit impractical, as a lot of water will splash out.

At first, we were placed in a room on the ground floor, where there was no Wi-Fi. After speaking with the front desk staff, we were moved to a room on the fourth floor, where the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We also attended a wonderful show, The Irish nights , and enjoyed a fabulous breakfast.

loved the bar in the hotel. had sort of a cool vibe
far from where we wanted to go. streets didnt feel safe…room was TINY. no where to hang wet towels

Room was a bit warm, I did figure out the air conditioning but even with that and the window open it still felt a bit stuffy during the night
