Location and internal space. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

Shower was difficult to control. Minor point but not if you enjoy your morning shower.

Comfortable bed. Room clean. Good bathroom. The breakfast offered is very good. We had dinner in the restaurant on the second night of our stay. The food was brilliant. Haute cuisine at a reasonable price. Absolutely first class.

apart from noise from other rooms and street - but this is the nature of Assisi and its architecture

Great central located accommodation. It also has an excellent restaurant attached to it, but be sure to pre-book as it is very popular & gets booked out.

Close to the center and bus stop (Porta nuova)Friendly peopleGood breakfastComfortable bed

The road to get there isn’t flat especially if you’re coming from John Paul II parkingThere are a couple steps on the entranceThe bath took a while to get used to,assembling the cabin is quite fiddlyNoisy because there’s a restaurant downstairs The address isn’t correct,it’s a bit off

It was very limited and hardly qualifies as a breakfast.

The room was musty. In order to flush the toilet, you must go into the shower. The step-up into the bathroom from the bedroom area is dangerously high and not convenient. I am pretty sure that I specified needing wi-fi while staying at Il Vicoletto, however, there was none available.

The good thing is the location in the city center and the breakfast that was in the restaurant below

To place itself is very simple , corridor looks like back office of the restaurant with the tables left in the corner. Room very small and with the window next to the balcony so curious neighbour was able to see me in my bed. No air conditioning so the window needed to be open. Bathroom very small and basic. It’s a cheap place but max for 1 night.
