Staff was very kind and room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast terrasse by the lake is a real plus! Some of the breakfast items could be of slightly better quality but that was not a big deal for us.

Great location to be based to explore the area.

I had only an overnight stay but it was an excellent experience. The view of the lake, the mountains and the 3 Borromean islands is breathtaking! I was watching the flashing lightning in the distance at night and watching the sun rise in the morning. I had a restful and calming stay in this hotel. T

I had the most amazing steak at the hotel restaurant, the staff were excellent at the hotel and restaurant. The room was slightly hot but it was a hot weekend! The hotel location and the view from the room is stunning. Hotel is a bit worn but that didn't matter to us as we had a lovely stay.

Location was suburb!. It was close to the ferry, right on the water, and near the church, collonade and Granite Museum. Breakfast was very good with lots of fruit and other choices.

From Aeroport Malpensa, I took the bus that went straight to Baveno with the stop next to the hotel(14 euro per person).I have beautiful views of church from my window. The breakfast was amazing and the view while eating outside was incomparable. The food was so fresh and tasty, at dinner as well as breakfast. The staff was so pleasant and answered any questions we had. The price was great. I would definitely stay here every time I visited Lago Maggiore.

Location was great (just across from the waterfront in town), breakfast was fresh and good choices with the option of eating on the waterfront. Rooms were spacious and staff were friendly and helpful. Terrace with break grass was very nice and relaxing.
