I was made to feel like a royal guest, Silvio and his wife made me feel so welcome and accommodated all of my unusual requests :-) I felt like I was at home!! Secure and gated villa. The bedroom was modern, very clean and a pleasure to in, the toilet, bidet, shower sink all super clean and new.

We couldn't fully enjoy the breakfast because of our early flight, but they prepared a great evening snack for us. The hosts were exceptional. The location was conveniently situated: 7 minutes to the petrol station, around 17 minutes to the airport, and (minutes) to the train station.

Everything was wonderful. Upon meeting Silvio he welcomed us like family. He and his wife Grazia were spectacular hosts. The property is close enough to visit all of the sights in the region, but offers a peaceful oasis with a country side feel. The pool is outstanding

A very nice setting. Very clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. But the biggest asset are the hosts! Warm and friendly and very helpful. We have been on a 6 week vacation and this was our favorite proprty in Italy!
