Very Nice Apartment. Location is far from Main station but near to Campo Di Marta station(walking distance) having a limited Regionale trains from main station SMN.
Owner is very nice and very cooperative.
You get free cookies and coffee 24×7.
You get two sets of keys so you can arrive at the Apartment at any time. Very nice stay.

Aside from the room being spacious, well designed and complete amenities (with bidet and heated towel rack!), the service is what makes this place impeccable. We were welcomed warmly by Tatiana, given a tour of our room and snacks/coffee while waiting for check in. Grazie Mille!!
A bit far from the center so if you’re staying out at night, you’ll need to wait for the bus. But it’s in a safe and relaxing area which is what matters!

The staff are extremely friendly and super helpful for anything you need, even after hours! Such a lovely comfortable space, with clean amenities and a spacious room. It was close to the Campo Di Marte Train station for a quick day trip to Pisa! Also close by busses, and a nice walk into the city centre if you walk over the bridge of the train station. The neighbourhood is also very lovely and super safe! My partner and I walked home late every night and felt right at home! Highly recommend this space if you want a spot away from the city chaos at the end of the evening! Easy to access bus routes and right next to the soccer stadium. We’re so grateful for the accommodations provided from Palazzo Lombardo!

Comfortable and large room, nice decoration. It was clean and the staff was always very quick and flexible to support with any question.
The main problem is the location, if you don’t want to waste your time waiting for a bus to get into the hotel or to the city center, I highly recommend to not stay here and look for something in the city center. Unfortunately public transportation in Florence (especially buses) are an absolute nightmare, we lost so much time waiting for buses, that made us almost change to another hotel after only one day. AC is weak but at least helped to keep room temperature acceptable.

The location is great.
We rented a car. And getting a parking spot its a little tricky. One more thing to get to the property you need to go up some steps. And if you are moving with big luggage it is also a little difficult.

Our room was lovely and spacious, the beds were particularly comfortable as were the pillows. We were staying in the guest house and there was a pod coffee machine there (perfect for the morning). The staff are also very nice and accommodating to needs.
Only issue I had was that it’s a little far from the main tourist spots we were visiting, but once we figured out the buses it was perfect! The place is right next to the bus stops

Titian’s was a super hostess who clearly has a great love of the building she manages so well. The property is a 19th century palazzo with lots of marble, ornate ceilings and lots of ornamentation which is entirely in keeping with the building. The property is immaculately clean, complimentary coffee and snacks were available 24/7, toiletries were also provided in rooms.
I loved it, but if you want to be at the heart of the action this won’t be for you!
Within a 2 minute walk is a very efficient bus service, number 17 will take you to the centre of Florence and it is a very frequent service.

It was easy to checkin. the room is clean, they make the bed and change the change the towels everyday. i have made a last minute change for the bed type, they missed my message and only found it out few hours before the checkin but they gladly accommodated my request. the area is a bit off the tourist spots but it's near all the shops and restaurants.. there was also a market just around the block so you could do a little bit of shopping as a local do.
quiet location, nearby a local market

I really enjoyed my stay—the room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The interior was pleasant, the area was cozy and quiet, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. One unexpected detail: there's a bar nearby, so it was a bit noisy at times, but overall it wasn't a big issue.

The host was incredibly lovely, responsive and accommodating — we could check in early and then leave our baggages for the day which greatly arranged our plans. She also offered us some free snacks and beverages throughout our stay, which we found very kind. As for our room, it was quite spacious with everything one might need — a big, comfortable bed included.
The place is cleaned daily so everything in the room was perfectly prepared for when we arrived. However… We noticed there was black mold everywhere in the building. It also had quite a distinctive, lingering smell, so it must've been there for a while. We suppose it's due to lack of vents — there was not a single one in sight, and so the place was pretty humid (proven by the presence of drain flies). It's a pity because otherwise we had no complaints about our stay ☹️ Nonetheless, this could very well constitute a health hazard. Other than that, the building is situated next to a busy street so if you can't handle street noise then we'd advise looking for a different place to stay.

The host Taziana was lovely and welcoming. The main building is beautiful. Our room was in a lovely building around the corner. This is a room only house, however there was a fully functional kitchen, with tea/coffee facilities with lots of treats. A lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
