This was my second stay this year at the hotel, and it didnโt disappoint. My room was , as requested, very quiet and extremely comfortable. With a five minute walk to either the train station or a bus stop, the hotel offers a very practical way to access Venice island without the much higher fees charged by a hotel offers comparable standard in Venice itself.

We were genuinely surprised and touched by the thoughtful amenities provided for our dog during our stay. Weโve stayed at many pet friendly hotels before but this one truly went above and beyond. A small additional fee of just 15 euros was very reasonable especially considering the care and attention put into everything.
We received a lovely welcome box with a toy ball, wet wipes, tissues, poop bags, and even a โPet in the Roomโ door tag such a sweet and unexpected gesture that made us feel incredibly welcome.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is super modern, not an air bnb style but a full hotel. Staff gave us waters, extra Nespresso pods and cream in our room, the price was half of what it was in downtown Venice. I looked there first but soooo expensive and everything looked very old and not hotel style accommodation. Itโs a 2 minute walk to the train, and costs 1.50 euro per person for a train ride (10 minutes). Itโs the way to go!!
They also held our luggage at no extra cost until the afternoon when we left (noon checkout)

The girls at the front desk gave excellent suggestions. The restaurant food was better than surrounding restaurants. The waiters, servers and bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. I love that they give you a free welcome glass of presecco. They are right next to the bus and train station. It was very easy to board the train and get into Venice.

The air conditioning system does not work properly. We wanted our room to be cooler at night so it will be comfortable to sleep. I called the front desk and they sent someone to check our room. Someone came and did not really do anything other than saying it is on and that we should wait 30 mins. It never cooled down so we just opted to crack our window open. Since the hotel is near the train station expect that it is loud outside, people hang around outside of hotel up until midnight.

Everything was great - Leonardo standards
All was good until we went back to pick up our luggage - front desk personal was great handling the return - missing one bag. Management (bald dude) came to front, told her to stop looking go back to front desk, she went back to reception (no one was waiting) and we had to wait until additional hotel staff came to search for the missing bag. We were in a time crunch to catch a train, what should have been a leisurely stroll to the station turned into mad dash dragging luggage back to train station.

Location, minutes walk from bus and train station. Which is like 15 min train ride to Venice. Staff was friendly and helpful with guidance about Venice.
Location - we were on the side facing major train transportation hub with noise. We asked to change the room to the other side but "we are full".

Overall, it was a really nice hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. We arrived late at night, but the girl at the front desk was very welcoming and eager to help. The room itself was modern and clean, and the location was great for us, as it was close to the train station (we were there for only one night and left in the morning)
The rooms were not soundproof - we could hear the wheels of every single luggage in the hall, and it wasn't very pleasant. We were in two separate rooms (next to each other), and each of us experienced the same. I heard it even with my earplugs. For one night, it was fine even though we arrived late and needed a good sleep. Maybe in other rooms it's fine.
At reception extra "administration fee" was charged (2 euro per night per room). It is the first time I see something like this in hotels! Looked like mandatory tips to administration in advance. Sorry - administration should be included in common price.
Location - close to the railway station (which is nice). But road to the railway station is quite ugly.
Windows go out to the railway tracks.

Proximity to train and bus station huge plus. Was clean and relatively quiet. Best pizza I ever had is across the street from the hotel at Michel.
