Great location with a short walk.The train station. The staff was very friendly and allowed us a late checkout via a small fee. We wanted to rest on the mainland before we hit Venice and we were extremely tired from all the traveling. Beds were great and bathrooms were super clean and modern. Bonus was the laundry room and the kitchen. Highly recommend.
The front desk gave us a stern warning about late checkout, make sure you inform them and give notice., staff member could have been a bit more calm, but to be fair, we were at fault. All good.

The Hotel has partenered with Bounce for Luggage storage. If you arrive early and want to go out keeping your luggage, they do not keep it for free. You will have to book your luggages at the Bounce Kiosk kept in their lobby. Pay the money (6 Euro per bag), give the Bounce QR code at the reception, and only then they will keep the luggages. It is ok to partner with Bounce, but taking money from Hotel guests even! That is not a welcoming attitude.

Communication was clear. Staff was always avalaible to answer questions. We reserved a big private room for four which was big -- a pleasasnt surprise! The washer/dryer was very much appreciated. The proximity to Venice and public transportation made visiting various attractions very convenient at any time during our stay.
Breakfast is paid separately so you'd assume the buffet table would be well-attended to and stocked. However, coming down only an hour after breakfast opened, on our first morning, many of the items were already unavailable. Given we were in a hurry to get out to start the day we just made do with what was left. But again, given they charge for breakfast separately, I believe expecting food to be available when they said it will be is not an unreasonable bar to meet.

The room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, and although trains pass nearby, thanks to the excellent soundproofing they were barely noticeable. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen equipped with everything you might need for preparing or heating food. There are also washing machines and dryers available, which is especially convenient for longer stays. For those traveling to Venice, both the train station and the nearest bus stop are easy and quick to reach. Free parking is also available nearby, which is a big advantage. Overall, the apartment offers great comfort and practicality, making it an excellent choice for both short and long stays.
It would have been preferable to have at least a kettle in the room, even though it was not listed among the amenities when booking.

Came in after 10pm turning on lights and making a bunch of noise for the other two of us who were sleeping. There were two separate switches for light which turned different intensity light but in entire room. That’s bad. It’s better to have lights that only work at entrance. It is about a 5-minute walk from Venezia Mestre train station and the FlixBus stop, so its location is very convenient and makes it easy to go to Venezia Santa Lucia or take day trips to other cities.
There are restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket nearby.
The room was very spacious (it even had a table with chairs) and clean. The bed was comfortable and had its own power outlet and light. There was also a large locker that fit a carry-on suitcase.
The shower was separated from the toilet and sink, which was great because we didn’t need to wait to brush our teeth when someone else was taking a shower.
Breakfast was very good, but it cost €9.90.
The common kitchen was well-equipped and clean, although it got very busy at night.
The shared room could have only bunk beds instead of one bunk bed and two single beds, as it feels strange to sleep right next to a stranger. Curtains on the beds would also be a good idea for more privacy.
Unfortunately, they charge to use the lockers after check-out.

Spacious, clean, neat. This property can be a 10/10, but sadly they choose to overcharge for luggage. I arrived at 12:30 pm at the hostel, and they could’ve let me keep stuff in the locker assigned to my bed. Not check-in, just 5 mins for the locker.
Overcharging for luggage (6.5 € per piece luggage). You can go to Santa Lucia (which you probably want to go) and save your luggage there for 4/5 euros. Because it saves atleast 1 hour and the money. They clearly have the space to store luggage, so I consider this a rip off on purpose.

First they spam your mailbox with their messages begging you to buy their add-ons, to check-in, to rate them, etc, you get double messages because they send it through booking and their own website. I did the online check-in and they force you to pay the city tax in order to finish the process, which i’m not sure it’s entirely legal because you only pay the city tax WHEN you get to the place, not before nor after. When i arrived to the hotel, the receptionist, a guy, couldn’t find the payment in THEIR system, i showed him what my bank said and that it had been debited but the hotel doesn’t even send a payment confirmation (but sure, send 6 emails about adding breakfast and late check-out, the receptionist was charging me AGAIN for the check-in because “it couldn’t process the check-in” without the payment, when the payment had been made but their system didn’t work properly, when i went to the link provided by the hotel to check the payment, the website crashed, right there in front of the receptionist and his response was “if there was an actual double charge been made, they would refund me because they had my data”, i told him how would they recognize the double charge if their system didn’t even showed the payment, he proceeded to tell me i could talk again about this issue with the other receptionist in the morning (mind you, there were 3 of them right there) he kept repeating i would have a refund if there was a double charge and that i could easily communicate to them through the phone or email when i was gone, right so i am supposed to pay double, you shake off the responsibility and pass it to the next receptionist and then im supposed to communicate with a hotel that doesn’t even have their number on their website or google. When i said i would complain through booking, the receptionist on his side finally decided to check for himself what was happening and solve it finding the payment(after calling the 3rd receptionist), none of them apologized afterwards.

Great new interior, services and offerings, raising the bar for hostels. Friendly staff, wide amenities of kitchen, wash rooms, laptop-working counters, facilitated tourist information in QR codes. Modern rooms, beds and bathrooms, everything is kept clean. Central location to the city center, proximity to Mestre Central Station - 15min to Venice Island - and nearby restaurants, facilities and other hotels.
Not much. Perhaps breakfast items could expand in variety, but I can't complain, overall it's great!

The rooms are really spacious, with modern furniture and vibrant colors.
The staff in the reception where really rude throught my stay, weren't welcoming, or helpful, without energy or will of being there.
I was able to stay with a friend while prepping of a big group (90) of foreign students that where traveling. The reception wasn't helpfull for the organization of the room and since we were a big group there wasn't space to leave all our bags. The hospitality was really low. And for being called a Hotel it felt more like a hostel, since the accommodation of the rooms where a like 'clean hostel' but for the price of a Hotel.

Everything was perfect! The rooms are spacious, everything is clean. There is Air Conditioning, which is so nice to have during this heatwave! The breakfast is only €9.90, and it is so delicious, and is served for quite some time (6:30-10:30). The staff is really nice and friendly!

All the sinks kept getting clogged because of the drain stopper.
The temperature kept changing unexpectedly between hot and cold in the showers, making it very uncomfortable to use.

I really liked staying in this part of Venice, away from the tourists and the poor service usually offered to tourists on the main island. This place was different. It was clean and welcoming. Great bathrooms in the en-suite rooms. It’s a semi-social place, but not a party hostel, thankfully. It’s nice to have the table in the middle of the room to sit and talk with roomies.
There’s a strange layout you will see in the pictures, with two beds side-by-side. I was in a mixed gender room with two other men, at first. Later, a very young girl was assigned to one of the single beds, next to a man, and in a room with all men. We all felt bad for her. She disappeared the same day. I’m not sure, but she was probably offered another room (I hope).
The railway is very close to the hostel, but the noise quickly faded into the background.

Excellent accommodation in Mestre which was the perfect base for our 4 days in Venice. Facility was clean and had every amenity we could have hoped for. Staff were excellent - very welcoming and helpful. A special shout out to Kiki one of the front desk staff who was hugely instrumental in helping me when I had a fairly serious fall on my way back to the hotel one evening. She went above and beyond in administering first aid and giving us exceptional kindness and care.

Cleanness and location
Each dormitory room contains four beds: two single beds and one bunk bed. As all guests appear to pay the same rate, I was curious about how bed assignments are determined. I stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of my trip, and noticed that the single beds were more comfortable than the bunk beds.
When I arrived, the room was very clean. Unfortunately, some guests did not seem to respect the shared space and left the room untidy. This is not the accommodation's fault, but it was disappointing to see.
Guests who arrived late (after 23:30) turned on the main light and made quite a bit of noise, disturbing those who were already asleep. I understand that this is largely beyond the accommodation's control. However, it might be helpful to remind late arrivals to be considerate of other guests and to keep noise and disruptions to a minimum.

Short walk from the Mestre train station where we came from Milan, and also to the bus stop to Marco Polo airport. We stayed at Meininger the last night before about return flight to US so the location was great for us. It accommodated all 6 of us with 4 adult children comfortably in one room!

It was a very quiet, cozy, clean, and wonderful place. It had a really nice kitchen where you could cook, and the breakfast was very good. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. The lobby had a warm and welcoming lounge area, and the staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful.
The train station was only about a 4-minute walk away. There was also a large supermarket about 5 minutes away on foot, as well as several good restaurants just a few steps away.

Location was the only good thing about this. It was very close to the train station.
Beds were too springy and you could feel the springs on your back. Luckily I was staying there only for one night, so it was OK. Wouldn't stay for longer stays.
