A little disappointed in our terrace area as when booking I’d asked if this would have chairs outside and they said yes. Unfortunately it didn’t and they didn’t have any to give so the terrace was a bit pointless. Other downside to this room specifically is that it is next to the family room meaning you’re next door to 3+ people and with very thin walls, we didn’t sleep at all on the first night until the group checked out. Team were lovely and helpful when mentioned but unfortunately this affected our stay greatly as no one from the team are present during the evening to control noise, shouting, banging from rooms etc so it felt a little hostel like. If we were to return, we would choose another room for these reasons as I’m sure they were lovely.

Really nice calming interior and easy room access and check in.
The location was very loud, we arrived with a rooftop party on the top of the building above the room (coming from a sound engineer who’s used to loud music). I don’t think that this was a common occurrence, however it wasn’t the best way to spend our first night. Also the room backed onto an alley by the busy street and lots of drunk post-night out people shouting and screaming in the alley.
Really calming interior, just a shame more couldn’t be done about sound proofing.

Do not trust the photos on the site, it doesn’t show the reality.
The room was very dirty we we came in, lot of dust on the floor, hairs, stains on the sheets. But worst of all, we found ants! I told the recepcionist, and they assured they’d clean and put some insecticida, but again ants the next day. Very unpleasant. Also, the shower is quite disgusting, all the wall is peeled off and with many stains.
About the noise, you hear everthing from the other guests, when the laugh, when they talk, everything… not nice honestly. Take that really into account, also that they hear you of course.

Good location if you want to be in the center of Naples
The hotel does not look like the photos. It is significantly more run down than in the photos. You notice it right from the moment you go up the stairs, they have not been cleaned in a long time. Bed sheets were dirty, I had to ask the receptionist to change the bed sheets and the bathroom was also dirty (see photos). After showering my feet were dirty from the floor. We got no compensation from the hotel after flagging this to them. Their only "justification" was that the cleaner that had cleaned our room was a temporary person, which we kindly told them was not our problem. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but it has everything to do with the way you find solutions and manage the issue. They did not manage it.Also the breakfast place is a bar in the middle of a chaotic street, not pleasant at all, we didnt even go have breakfast after seeing it.

The room was fantastic, clean and spacious with a lovely bathroom and unique arched ceiling. I really liked the modern furnishings to the hotel room. The air conditioning was fantastic too and this was much needed in the August heatwave for two British travellers!
We had breakfast at Leopoldo on one morning of our stay and the coffee and selection of pastries were very nice. We had polite and friendly service from the staff there.
Nothing, a lovely stay and perfect rest bite from the Napoli madness.

The hotel was very central and close to the old town and the National Archaeological Museum. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The instructions to get to the hotel were good and how to enter. They arranged the car park reservation for us which was just around the corner. The room was compact but had all the amenities we needed - a mini bar and kettle in the room - so much appreciated.
Unfortunately the wifi was not working the day we stayed and this also meant that the app to access the building or room was also not working. However the staff gave us a key to the outside door and the room door was still able to be opened through a manual code. This was fairly straight forward.

There is only a phone app to open the doors - no keys!! This was a right pain as it meant making sure still had phone charge to get back in after day using google maps. But it also failed us on the morning we were flying home so couldnt access our room after heading out for breakfast. There are no staff apart from core hours so we had to wait for the poor receptionist to drive over and rush to the airport - super stressy

The hotel is just 1 minute away from the Pompei Entrance very convenient and with free parking. The hotel looks dated from the outside but as you enter the room is amazing. The internal decor is modern and contemporary. Fully equipped and comfortable. I have the room with balcony which is nice. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and spotless clean with super comfortable beds. The location was great; right next to metro station Dante, very close to Via Toledo and Via San Biagio Dei Librai (the two most vibrant streets), so there were many cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was well-organized, very responsive (via Booking and Whatsapp) and truly supportive both before and during our stay. Since I informed them we would arrive in the morning, our room was cleaned and prepared first, so eventually we were allowed to check-in at noon at no additional charge (it was also possible to leave the luggage at the reception desk both before check-in and after check-out)! The breakfast was served right next door, at Leopoldo Cafebar where you can order literally anything. All in all, extremely satisfied with our stay and would love to come back there in future!

The location of the hotel was quite central and provided good access to sights and public transport. as a well as having friendly and supportive staff.
For the price and rating of this hotel, the breakfast option was disappointing. Instead of an in-house service, guests are directed to a café below the hotel, where the staff weren’t very friendly, and seating is only available outside. Visiting Naples in February for the half marathon, I found it too cold to sit outdoors, especially right next to a busy, noisy main road.
The biggest letdown was the lack of savory options—only pastries and sweet items were available, with a €10 limit. Honestly, if they don’t have the proper facilities to provide a real breakfast service, I don’t see the point in offering it at all.

Interesting architecture, large room, exceptionally clean and super conveniently located if you want to be near the centre of Naples. Check in was convenient and easy to follow using the app to release the front door (plus there was a back up key). Extra thank you to Gabriella on the desk and housekeeping for being very accommodating. Also breakfast people at Cafe Leopold provided great service too (I saw some reviews complaining about breakfast but I think these are unfair).
Not actually something I dislike but for other people booking you might want to know: you have to take the stairs to get to the 1st floor as there’s no elevator, some people might not like the location down a narrow side street and in a very busy area (this was fine for me), and also the reception isn’t manned 24/7 as it’s more an aparthotel.

We arrived by rental car, no fault of accommodation or anything but driving and parking in Naples is very stressful if you are not used to it. Would advise against renting a car for Naples and if heading on rent it after your time in Naples. Again no fault of accommodation, they were very helpful finding places to park etc.

Beautiful spacious room with high windows, which provides plenty of light, the room is tastefully decorated. Nice extra is the hot tub in the room. Very neat, there is a cleaning every day. The minibar is replenished daily. And you can count on the help of the owners for all kinds of tips about Naples. And they offer a reliable taxi service.
The downside is that the room is located on the very busy Via Toledo, so there is always noise from the traffic. Fortunately, the windows insulate well, so that sleeping is possible.

Mirabilis Relais was comfortable, clean and a delightful find in the busy city of Naples. Conveniently located near Dante Plaza (which has a metro stop), there were multiple food options close by and it was easy to walk to local areas of interest such as Santa Chiara Monastery and San Gregorio Armeno. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Nice amenities provided. Gabriella was kind enough to order a taxi for us to the port and also carried my heavy suitcase down a narrow flight of steep steps. We had a one-night stay and it was a perfect introduction to the city.
The breakfast provided was offered at a cafe next door - a VERY busy establishment with limited seating. We felt rushed to make an order and then had to eat standing up. Few choices. Coffee, tea and a croissant. Since this was our first breakfast in Italy, we weren't used to the Italian way of doing things and seemed to be a nuisance for the business, rather than a guest. Also, there is NO lift. Suitcases must be carried up a narrow flight of steps.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all attractions, including metros, restaurants, and museums. Gabriella was very clear and helpful, available after 1:00 PM for check-ins. She speaks perfect English and is incredibly friendly. We stayed in Suite Room 1, which was modern, spacious, and well-maintained. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant, you can enjoy breakfast downstairs at Café Leopoldo between 7:30 and 10:30 AM, if included.
Although the location was perfect, we did not expect so much noise all day and night. We were unable to sleep the entire weekend and never experienced such a noisy room. This can be anticipated if you are familiar with how crowded Naples is and consider the location on the map. We were a bit naive, so if you are sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend it. That was our mistake. Furthermore, I noticed that the shower tiles and kit were not entirely clean, and we didn't dare to use the jacuzzi because of the buses. Lastly, we were unlucky as the WiFi went down after one day, forcing us to rely on our 4G, which was a hassle. Additionally, while breakfast was included at the Leopoldo downstairs, it wasn't clear what we could or couldn't have, leading to different experiences each morning.
