6-7 min walk from the very city centre. Simple but good enough studio for a short stay. Bathroom is modern and clean. Good WiFi connection. There's a small kitchenette, which we did not try since had lunch and dinner out.
Noise from other suites was audible through common courtyard.

Convenient location to large parking and the owner and staff were helpful and flexible with dropping our bags off early and leaving them in our departure day.
Relatively small bedroom and the suite lacked sufficient lighting to compensate for an internal dim courtyard setting.

Location was excellent. The restaurant downstairs was Top Notch off the Hook, Exquisite. The Chef suggested several top rated local restaurants. Staff was Great. If you needed something all you had to do was ask.
Breakfast came on a tray at 8:30. It was so so. Could have been delivered earlier. Designer Suite look great but lighting and clear glass window in the shower was exhibitionistic

The room was very big, bathroom very good as well with delicious shower. Bed very comfortable. There was a kitchen hide. We could leave our luggage's there after checkout and the location is around 15 minutes by walk from the center and was quite.
Air conditioner could be more powerful. Bathroom need more light because is dark.
To use the kitchen you need to pay a fee if you don't clean.
They could offer at least free water but instead you need to pay.

The restaurant is exceptional. Food is well prepared and thoughtful presentation makes it a fun experience. Staff is friendly and professional. The chef came to every table for a brief moment.

The living room area was nice.
Nice ceiling, visible beams.
Coffee machine available but no coffee pods in the room, we had to go to the reception to ask for them.
The cleaning of the kitchenette was not included and if you want it done by room service is another €30 on top of the price of the room.
Bottles of water available in the fridge but 1€ each.

Large double room with kitchenette and bedroom. Great location for walking to the city center and close to many restaurants. Parking was down the street about 10 minutes or so walking. You pay via coin/card (mine didn't work) for 12 Euro/day. Breakfast is a fixed meal brought to your room at your requested time.
Room furnishings were a little dated. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved.

Location, walking distance to the old town. Room was spacious.
Could have provided more lighting in the bathroom as we had to close the shutters in order to take a shower; all the windows are facing the other appartments. Room does not closely resemble what was on the photo and there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room. Continental breakfast was served in the room and you get one of those "Senseo"
caps to make your own coffee.

The location was perfect as I was going to a Parma FC game and the stadium was just 10 minutes walk or so away. Also within walking distance of the train/bus station if you only have a small amount of luggage.
Didn't like that the beds were two singles pushed together, this is way worse than a double.

This property is on a very active main street and close to all of the major attractions that I was interested in! My room was exceptionally comfortable with all advertised fixtures available for use. All staff were very helpful and accommodating during my stay. It’s also close to main transportation, train and bus stations.
This is not a big issue, but I will mention the food offered at the restaurant is absolutely delicious but the portions are small. Perhaps I just enjoyed it so much that I wanted more than was delivered.

Spacious, high ceilinged rooms in a quiet building on a buzzy but calm street, great location for old town, restaurants. Great Cafe Torrefazione Pelco very close by. 7 mins walk to parking Repubblica. Owner Marco was very helpful and accommodating and gave good dining recommendations. Comfortable mattress. Would stay again and I do recommend it.
Lack of stoppers in kitchen and bathroom sinks. Some of the surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom need a deeper clean. But these were minor faults.
