Very good location, about 3 min walk from the funicular and 7 from the core. Really easy to get to the beautiful beaches as well and the restaurants and the night life. The unit was humble but clean and the host was helpful and generous. Parking accommodations and breakfast were excellent.

The view being represented is not as impressive from every room, some rooms don't have one so confirm what you are booking.

Other than the things listed below, it was a nice stay. The view from the room is spectacular. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is a little old, but ok. There are a lot of steps inside and outside, hard to handle with luggages. Breakfast is self service, but every morning someone came with fresh bread and good croissants. We appreciated that the water, coffee, fruits, yogurts, ham and cheese were available the entire day, if you need. The breakfast is to be taken on your balcony. We also appreciated that we received recommendations regarding the restaurants and were helped with with a reservation for the first night. The Internet connection was very fast even from the balcony.

- We reserved 2 rooms with balcony and sea view. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family with 2 days before, my brother and his wife could not come, therefore the standard triple room remained empty. However, Antonio put the room for sale, which was an unpleasant surprise. I understood he cannot reimburse the money as everything was already paid (neither did I ask), but to hope to rent the room, when it was already paid, it was too much. I took a screenshot from the Booking application in each day, just to demonstrate. I am surprised that Booking is allowing this. In the end the room was not rent it, but we were disappointed to see that they tried. Our reservation was between 13 and 15 Oct and in the picture you can see the “ available” room for 14-15 Oct 19, when the room was in fact paid and we were there. The B&B has only 3 rooms, only 2 of them have balcony and sea view. - Another negative point is that we asked for my brother (the excursion was a gift for his birthday) to be expected with a bottle of Prosecco. in the room. No surprise was expected for him, although we did not inform them in advance that we are only 2 of us, instead of 4. If my brother would have come, I would have been disappointed again, as they confirmed already he will be expected as discussed, but this did not happened. Also, I was asked to inform the property with 30 min before the arrival, but even if I sent them a message with 1 hour before, we were not expected. It was not a problem, as in approximately 10 minutes someone arrived, and they gave me instructions on how to find the key, but it would have been nice to have someone already there. - Slippers and bathrobe are not in the rooms, as he writes on the site, be aware. -What we didn’t like is that the sound insulation between the rooms is not great. We heard the other people until late in the night, at least during the first night.

Good location, very kind owner (+1 like for his polite and helpful son), superb service, very good breakfast. The fruit plate in the room as we arrived made a very good first impression. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend the place to others.

Bathroom a bit tiny - but no problem to use for “normal size” people like us.

A very nice and hospitable host. Antonio is even pick up us from the parking place directly to the location. He greets us every morning with the breakfast. The room view is spectacular. The location is very ideal. 3 min from public parking (payable), 2 min from the cable car to isola Bella, and within 5 min walking to the historical city center.

The room is modern but the bathroom could be refurbished.

You can have breakfast in the room and the view is beautiful. Bedroom was spacious, but we had a big room (balcony with 2 beds)

Toilet was tiny, even though I’m a small person, it’s tiny even for me. Location required you to go up and down stairs, so be mindful. Breakfast spread was average, had better at other places with the same pricing range.
