Location, close to shopping streets and restaurants, friendly staff, very clean, tasty breakfast
Couldn't sleep at night because of bad pillows and the constant sound of the door. My room was right near the main door that were constantly opening and closing, making annoying sounds. The sound of motorcycles didn't help either but that's what you accept when you sleep in the center of Trieste.

Great facilities and the receptionist was super nice and told us where to go. Breakfast was amazing and offered a lot of vegan options. Small touches like coat hangers and backpack benches were really appreciated too. The bed was super comfy and the rooms had huge windows to look out onto Trieste. We loved it!

The location could not be more centric. The breakfast was great.
The staff, especially the lady at breakfast was sparkling of hospitality. She was taking care of everybody with a smile, making everyone happy.
Everything nice and clean.
Bed was comfortable too.
there is not much negative to say because we enjoyed our short stay.
Maybe the bathroom(in our case external) could have a better ventilation to release odors.

The staff were extra nice helping us understand how the keys work and suggesting restaurants to eat at. The rooms were quiet. Although it's much more convenient to have a connecting bath with your room it wasn't too bad walking down or across a hall to your own private bath.
The breakfast was beautiful, tasty and generous.
Nothing unless the bathroom could be in the bedroom.

The location is excellent for any types of travels that you would like to do around Trieste or outside the city, since the train station is close by, around 10 minutes walk. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are big.
The bed is not as comfortable as they might look. The pillows were pretty hard as well.
