The location was ideal for access to everything we needed in Trieste. The staff were very helpful, and the room was spacious and had reasonable amenities. The Lift was welcome for transporting luggage.

The pillows were a little flat for our liking, and as there were only 2 provided, we couldn't build them up by using multiple. The shower also was a bit tricky to use.

the location

Paid for a room with sofa/ sitting area and didn’t get. The room was old and needs updated. it is advertised as free parking but the only free parking is if you find street parking. Much if the room was not clean and the lighting was awful- especially in the bathroom. There was a very used sponge to wash dishes with. Dust was literally falling off of the top of the shrunk.

Our host Walter was very kind and helpful. The location is great. The apartment is spacious.

Some pieces of furniture (one of the beds, a small armchair, and chairs in the kitchen) should be replaced (ripped, dirty).

Location was very good and the apartment was nice - with more care it could have been a much better experience

Bathroom was not clean, totally unacceptable! better housekeeping overall is really needed at this property. The guy at the reception was very expedient, seemed in no mood to help but rather to "process" bookings. He had no reaction when we complained about the dirt.
