Everything was really simple and clean in the room. Great location: not far away from city centre (5-10 minutes walk) and 3 minutes away from Milano main train station.
For one night stay - perfect! But maybe not very cozy for longer periods of time.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing location, the room had character but still had all the amenities you would want. Minibar was nice and cold and not too expensive which was handy. The AC worked great which was nice to come back to
The bed only had 1 pillow each, which isn’t ideal for sitting up in bed. That being said, as soon as we asked reception for an extra one each, they brought both straight to us.

A tranquil haven literally one minute from the busy streets and piazzas of Verona. The hotel is situated in a quiet cul de sac which means no traffic noise. The staff were polite and helpful. I had asked via booking.com for a room with a walk in shower and my request was fulfilled. The bedroom was large with plenty of wardrobe space, a safe, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. Breakfast had everything one would expect. Fresh fruit, pastries, continental or cooked breakfast. Very friendly and pleasant staff on duty at breakfast. The hotel is in a perfect position. We were booked at the opera in the Arena and it was a comfortable 6 minute walk through pedestrianised streets to reach the Arena.

The location was superb, the room was small but pleasant and the breakfast was the best I have come across in Italy as besides the usual continental breakfast it included scrambled eggs, small sausages and bacon as well as fresh fruit and yogurt.
When my laptop could not connect to the hotel wifi, one of the employees let me connect to her mobile phone as a hotspot!
For some reason, although my phone could connect to the wifi, my lap top could not

The location is great! If you forgot something you can just walk back and grab it, it's right in the center of all the historic buildings. The breakfast is great, meets all my needs for the first meal in a day. And the lady at the bar is very kind and willing to serve you anytime.
The room is a little bit small than I expect, but who knows, if I pay more I will always get better offer, right?

From reception to checking out we found the staff well mannered and helpful. The facilities were spot on and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Verona.
Apart from when the bars from Piazza Erbe threw out the empties in the early hours, which is no fault of the hotel.

The location was excellent as were the rooms...very spacious, clean and comfortable, complete with a very good breakfast. About the location, it could not have been better, located on a quiet side street yet steps away from one of the main piazzas, full of restaurants, shopping and Juliette's home.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. What else to say, for me the Mazzanti is a real find I'd recommend for others without hesitation.
There was nothing I didn't like. As a general observation, rooms run on the warm side in Italy in early spring when I visited. The Manzzati was no exception. Like others, this isn't completely within their control as my understanding is that the government regulates what the temperature range is for different seasons. In the Albergo Mazzanti's case, the windows opened easily so the warmth wasn't a problem for me.

The location is perfect for exploring and also bar/restaurant hopping! The hotel was beautifully clean, the staff were helpful and the buffet breakfast excellent.
I did not like the paper cups for making tea and coffee. We did resolve this by asking for a cup and also fresh milk for the fridge. This was just a personal preference.

The location is amazing. Right next to the Elbe piazza. The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They helped with dinner reservations (even we had to cancel one last minute), parking, and sightseeing. Also, our chosen small room was bigger than we anticipated it would be so that was nice.
A bit hard to find by car as Google maps isn’t quite sure where it is (no fault of the hotel). Perhaps a link with the exact location or some written instructions would be helpful for future travelers.

Very friendly staff, room cleaned every day, excellent breakfast choice (mainly continental with some extras) and good coffee.
The location is perfect as a base for sightseeing around Verona and close to some great places to eat.
Good size room (double), and even though it is in the city centre, tucked away enough to be quiet at night.
If we visit Verona again, this will be the place to stay.
I really cannot think of anything to dislike.
