- My room was a bit run down and felt very grimy overall
- The entire room smelled like smoke, someone had clearly smoked inside. This left ALL of my clothes smelling like smoke - I went shopping on my trip and noticed that my brand new, unworn clothes smelled really bad when unpacking back home. Every time I entered the room I could also clearly smell smoke even though I opened all windows several times - the smell simply sits in all of the textiles in the room and will not go away.

- No soundproofing in the building, so I woke up several times from the owner or other guests talking outside of my room

A very good location. Old town just a walking distance away. Lots of bars, restaurants and cafe shops on the way. The apartment was very clean, cozy and we liked the especially large bed. Also the possibility to park our car in an inner yard.
There was a renovation going on in the next door. So during the daytime you could hear noise.

The apartment is a ground floor studio in a building to the rear of a gated courtyard. It was easy to find and is conveniently located for access from the airport, bus or train stations, and also in terms of walking distance to the city centre, which is a 10-15 minute walk away. On arrival we were met by a staff member who showed us round and was polite and helpful.
The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished with a queen-sized double bed, small dining table and chairs, two armchairs and a small but perfectly adequate kitchen. The shower room was a reasonable size and everything was spotlessly clean. WiFi was good and the room had plenty of storage, although we were travelling light and didn't need much. All in all we enjoyed the apartment and were very comfortable, although we didn't spend too much time there.
We found the armchairs a little upright and formal, when all you really want is to collapse on a comfortable sofa, but it wasn't a problem. Just a matter of taste and preference...

It's easy to get to with both bus and train and the location is alright.
To be honest, I was very sceptical at first as the building looks run down and old but the inside of the hotell is very well renovated, good looking and clean. (Whoever is cleaning deserves a raise. )
The woman meeting me for check in is also incredibly polite and friendly. (: There was no problems at all.
I would go there again if I find myself in Vilnius once more, I say go for it if your looking to book this.
The room was warm and without AC, however being a very cold person who is always cold I didn't have any issues with that.
It's a somewhat busy street so noice will come from outside when the windows are open.
Not something I was bothered with however but good to know.

Nice location close to pubs, restaurants, but still on a quiet street in a locked court yard. Smooth check in and payment by a friendly girl. Nice room with space for storage. Modern bathroom and soft beds. Fridge is a plus. Also that it was an apartment so no one barged in while showering or so as can happen in a hotel.
The only thing i can think of is that there is an AC but no remote to use. And it was impossible to start without. Also a kid and family right across the court yard that screamed and were loud early in the mornings. Guess they live there. But it was too early.

The checkin was not smooth, we had to wait for more than 40 minutes in the sun in front of the property. The room is on the first floor and smells a little bit like cellar. The TV was broken. Otherwise nice.

Most of the touristy spots are in walking distance. In general the room is clean and tidy, surprisingly with a microwave as well. We were there in the summer - there's no air-conditioning and there is no fan as well.
We do not recommend this apartment for late arrivals. Despite informing the hotel of my midnight arrival, they canceled my booking last minute and were unhelpful. The staff hung up on me without listening to my explanation, claiming my cards didn’t work. After six years of using Booking.com, this was my worst experience. Many hotels were fully booked that night, leaving me stranded until 2am. Even after rebooking the next day, the staff continued to blame me for the issue. Avoid this place if you arrive late!

It is the second time renting this place: first time was for my in-laws and now for my own parents. Both time the feedback was very positive. They mention that everything was super clean and convenient location (very close to the bus/train station). This time asked if my parents could leave their bags before check in time and the management was happy to help with that. That was very much appreciated - it was easier for my parents to walk around without the backpacks.
The only thing which was a bit confusing is payment. My parents were asked if they could pay with their card while we all expected that the payment method provided with the reservation will be charged. I think the staff was extra cautious because they were afraid of scams: I was paying for the stay of my parents and they wanted to make sure that I won't claim a refund. But it was all good at the end: we sorted everything over the phone.

The apartment was large enough for two people. It was quiet and secluded.
The heated bathroom floor and washing machine were appreciated.
It was a 10 minutes stroll to reach the town hall square and nearest supermarket (Rimi).
There were only two knives, two forks, two bowls, two wine glasses etc.
Providing 4 or 6 of each item would have saved washing up.
There was a lack of power outlets. The one by the bed was broken and the two in the lounge area were rather difficult to reach.
Access to the apartment was not great mainly because the (shared) driveway was very uneven.

Very nice, comfortable flat about 20 minutes walk from Cathedral Square, and 10 from the Town Hall Square. There are plenty of really nice cafés and restaurants along the way. It was very convenient having washing machine and rack to dry clothing. The owner was very accommodating and allowed me to keep my luggage at the property because I had a late afternoon flight.
I used a lot of my cellular data because it was difficult to get online in my room. A couple of days later the owner told me I could try logging onto one of the other accounts and that worked fine for the rest of my stay.

Comfortable beds . Very modern looks inside the rooms. We got two rooms. The apartment was located within walking distance of the heart of Vilnius.
Driving into the property was a hassle. The street is very narrow and it is hard to stop to use intercom and get property manager to open the gate to the parking lot. The buildings surrounding the property are very old and crumbling. In one of the rooms, 2.6, the wall mirror had come off the wall because the nails came off. We let the manager know but she didn’t fix it. In room 2.4, there were black mold stains on the edge of the bathroom floor as well as in the back of the bathroom sink.

The hotel part of the building inside is very nice, renovated and clean. The room is nice and functional. The location is excellent very close to bus station, old city, and with many options of bars and restaurants around.
Unfortunately, there was a bad smell that is coming either from the mattress, the mat or both, it felt like something old and worn, it was strong and hard to miss, which was really a pity as everything else was near perfect!

A very good place to stay in Vilnius. It's close to the city center, on a quiet street.
It's about 15 minutes away (walking) from the railway station, so that was a plus.
The room was clean and nice, there is a balcony, a mini fridge and a microwave oven.
Great communication with the host.

I liked the location and actual room: it was quiet, comfortable.
There were lots of steep stairs, no towels provided, and no message about it before arrival: I realized there were no towels late in the evening, after long travel from US, found a note in the bathroom on the wall towels could be purchased for extra 20 euros. No coffee in the room provided. I could not work TV after a few attempts and directions did not help.

Authentic place in the city center. Very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and bright. Great place for a short stay.
Because of season change there were a bit cold in the room. It could be more cozy to have extra blanket to wrap yourself in at night or a rug on the floor.

I really liked the room in general, the colours and furniture were just enough to make it cozy. I also very much liked the high ceiling and that the air was very fresh all the time. It felt very nice. Also, the tiny refrigerator was nice to have.
At night, someone dragged their suitcases on the street to the bus or train station, and this noise woke me up, but this just happened once and had nothing to do with the place itself. No complaints about the room.

The location is perfect, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and cozy.
There are no elevators and if one has heavy luggage, it has to be carried up manually which is tricky if the luggage is large.

Apartment was clean, modern and well equipped with a good location.
I booked a Deluxe Studio Apartment but was instead provided with a Luxury Studio Apartment without any prior notice. When I raised this issue and requested a refund for the downgrade and for the price difference, my requests were ignored. During my attempts to resolve the matter, the host’s messages were unprofessional. This was the worst customer experience I have had when booking through Booking.com.
