I was given a free upgraded room due to Noise at midnight during our first night of stay. I also liked the security and friendliness of all the staff. A good buffet breakfast. The weather was good as well.

For a wedding they gave us all late checkout which was very appreciated. And also a discount on the breakfast. Rooms were clean and of good size.

I really liked how the hotel was located—it was super convenient to get around and check out local spots. The two pools were also great because they weren't too crowded, giving everyone enough space to chill out. Plus, the open areas around the hotel were nice spots to relax and just enjoy some down

The best for my family and me was the heated pool. The room was pretty good and the option of having Netflix in the room was a plus for my kids specially. The service we received was excellent, specially from Domingo Rios y Victoria.

We were in town for a wedding at a different location, but this hotel was a great place to stay. Walking distance to a convenience store and great food (street stands nearby and sit-down places about 10 mins away). Didn't have time to use the pools, but they seemed nice.

Spacious rooms, good and heated pool, great water pressure, great location, cable TV, good privacy. We spend 5 days, and felt pretty comfortable. There are great restaurants within walking distance, convenience shops, and pharmacy. Included breakfast was good.
