Second year in panama what you pay for is what you get
If you want luxury than go to Hyatt or Marriott
Elevator doors opening took about 12 sec when you are waiting that's long

Room was good size, & storage space. T.V was working great. A/con & window with view of lower ground parking...bathroom was average of most places. The restaurant served my breakfast with coffee & this is a bonus for fiesta when many places closed. Area is also good as it has alot of amenities within walking distance..hence me not getting back until 7 morning new years day
If i could add one thing to this hotel, it would have to be a swimming pool, but price comparison, & for the area, it's good value

Plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 10-15 min walk. A/C was strong. Clean. Friendly staff.
WiFi was weak, unable to load the internet or call Ubers. Accommodations were sparse- soap but no shampoo/conditioner. Missing an end table in our room.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The place was clean and the staff was very helpful
The bed wasn't comfortable at all (old). Keep in mind that it's an old building and that you are paying for convenience, just the basics.

The beds were ridiculously hard, very uncomfortable. Bugs in bathroom daily. We moved to 3 different rooms, beds and bugs were the same in each room. Very disappointing. We had booked the room for about 3 weeks and had to pay when we checked in so when we asked if we could get refund for early checkout the manager said it would take about a month to get a refund. The breakfast was ok, $6.50 for scrambled eggs coffee and side of fruit. The whole staff, including restaurant were fantastic, very helpful and very friendly. Always ready to help and meet our needs.
The beds. New mattresses, exterminator for bugs.
