I initially thought it was ok. But the charge of 75$ for guests was ridiculous. Especially if they came again the following day you had to pay again. Its actually theft. Wasnt impressed. Ended up booking myself in at the hilton and that was great

Solid hotel, huge rooms, and good location.
Rooms are quite dated and dark. In our room the desk lamp was broken, as was the safe. Check-in was painfully slow and we had to repeatedly ask to be checked in for our entire stay (we had booked 2 nights on 2 separate bookings which seemed to be a bit of an issue. We were initially asked to check out and re check-in on the second day). Breakfast has very limited choices and fruit is served in little plastic (!!!) cups. Coffee was good though.

-Hotel is quite clean and front desk staffs are nice but depending on which one you get. -Our room with two queen-beds is very big and spacious, toilet and bathroom is huge, plus one sofa with two armchairs on the side as extra sittings which is really nice. Good curtain to block the morning sunlight, has coffee machine in the room -Internet is quite reliable -Location of the hotel is good closer to the bus and Metro stations, a lot of stores and shops nearby
-TV could be bigger, some handles in the bathroom are neither missing or broken -Shower area is quite rusted, and very low water pressure -Need to ask the front desk to install the safe in the room

Well I have family in panama, and they couldn't go upstairs to the room nor pool, I had to left with them else where to have fun or to enjoy the time,visitor can only access the lobby, if they going to the pool or visit in the room, there's extra charges.

Another guest was given a key to my room and entered my room!!! I did not know that other guest in any way. Luckily it happened while I was awake and in the room. I went down to the lobby and they said that they gave the key to the other guest accidentally. Never had something like that happen to me ever in a hotel.

The whole description / hotels facilities ad is not true. The rooms are old, used up and moldy. Tiles broken and wall plaster flaking off. The paint has yellowed out. Felt like it's been this way since the 70s. Sofa and chairs stained and needs replacement. The promised equipment ( coffeemaker, ironing, clothes hangers etc ) are non existent. Not even a hair dryer u can expect. Only a small fridge is provided . You are renting a used up room with bed and desk but not even 3* hotel furnishings are to be expected. We were offered several rooms and checked them. All the same. I was told even the description of the stuff / rooms are not true and the manager would eventually correct it.
All in all seedy place but the receptionist was really nice. The place is max 2 stars acc European standard and a value of 30-40$ a night would have been fair and enough . Wouldn't return again especially not with a family.
