There was a coffee machine and kettle but no tea bags/pods, it would have been nice to have them in the room as well so that we didn't have to walk to supermarket.
Also the previous guests left items in the fridge, the maids must have thought we may use them but some were half used.

Location was very good, quite convenient to the beach as well as the train to Lisboa/Cascais. The triple room was extremely spacious and despite not being able to get the air conditioning to work through the thermostat, there was great ventilation by opening the windows (we never complained to staff about this). Having a balcony was a special treat as well. Despite not having a pool on location, we were able to use "sister" hotel Hotel Lido's swimming pool about a 5 minute walk uphill. We never ate breakfast there but it looked extremely varied and a nice price at 10€ per person. Housekeeping also did a very good job keeping us with fresh towels daily. Also, there is free parking available, first come first served in a gated area but it is very tight.
The shower drain was extremely slow (and this too we did not complain to staff about) such that after two people showered, the drain overflowed and got the entire bathroom floor wet. So we staggered our showers and the problem mostly went away.

I got room 101, very spacious, large and comfy bed, big wardrobe with a safe, extra pillows and soft duvets, there's a mini fridge and nice bathtub. My room had an extra large balcony with direct sunlight all day long. Breakfast was excellent, just what you expect from a nice hotel, with scrambled and boiled eggs, ham and cheese, bacon and sausages, different kinds of bread and yogurt, options of coffee and tea, many fruit varieties... I stayed there for 1 whole hour hahahah Definitely recommend it and would come back for another stay!

It was a great place to stay as we were on a golfing holiday and so handy for everything WEVE ALREADY BOOKED AGAIN FOR JANUARY BECAUSE WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE STAFF AND THE ROOM
The only thing that was a bit of a concern is that the lift doesn't go from the entrance and so if you were disabled you would have to get up a about 9 steps before you get to the lift - we had trouble getting our golf clubs and luggage up these stair and their isn't any one who can help so it is something that may need to be looked at

The parking spaces are spacious. Tip: If the parking spots in front of the hotel are full, ask at the front desk for a code to use the underground parking.

Excellent mattress and pillows. There is a large balcony and a beautiful view from the balcony.

Even though upon checking in I asked for a quiet room as I would be having a small operation and needs rest, I was reassured that my room was quiet and shouldn’t be a problem. Found out that my room faced the big casino Estoril and busy road, cars driving by all the time! Noisy. Asked to change to a quieter room only to be told that I had a great room and all the others would be equally noisy.

We really love our room. It was specious, looked fresh and new and with nice contemporary decor. Our room was in a new part of the hotel with a nice view. Our request to get a room on higher floor was accepted which was nice :) there is a coffee machine, kettle and fridge there. Balcony was nice too. Location is great, just beside Casino Estoril. Hotel is quiet and there was no noice coming from the outside. We love it there and we didn’t want to leave.
Only two things: parking space. There was not enough parking space to park a car outside the hotel and underground garage is just a no go to park. We leaved our car there a few times and we could not get out because the other cars blocked us. Operating tv remote is a hassle, it’s really annoying as tv does not react to remote. Tv is behind a glass surface.

I was upgraded to a room in the new wing and it was absolutely marvelous. Quite spacious, plenty of mirrors in the room, a blended TV on the wall that is only visible once turned on and an amazing bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a small balcony with a view. The breakfast was great and the staff were very kind and attentive to all my needs.
