The hotel was in a good location, walking distance from some lovely restaurants. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool area was well kept and we were able to enjoy use of sunbeds.
We paid for breakfast at β¬29.80 for two of us, this was fairly reasonable as there was a range of options available. However it would have been nice to have had a tablecloth on the table and some cutlery set out for us rather than just sitting down at a bare table.

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Upon noticing the mistake in our reservation (which was our fault), Joao Santos from the hotel staff assisted us greatly on the first day by providing a mattress and setting up a bed for our son at no extra charge. This gesture significantly alleviated the situation, as I was on the verge of tears.
The hotel itself was very comfortable, and the common area was welcoming, offering the opportunity to watch football games and cheer for the teams with other guests.
The hotel also demonstrated flexibility with its breakfast policy, as we did not need to book breakfasts in advance; if you wished to eat, you simply could.
Additionally, the train to Cascais is just a five-minute walk from the hotel and runs every half hour.
The walk from the hotel to Cascais is both pleasant and romantic.

Amazing value for money, lovely pool area, small hotel so pool was not busy at all, always plenty of beds, balcony was larger than expected, beds were very comfortable. Lounge area was amazing and the food and drinks and bar staff were exceptional. Will definitely be back.

A few minutes' walk to the train line, with easy access to Lisbon. Also a few minutes to the beach. Clean comfortable room with good curtains that keep the room nice and dark. Decent pool area for a quick refreshing dip.
Reception staff were disorganised, unprofessional (one rolled her eyes about a colleague in front of us) and seemed inexperienced. One young man was helpful though and tried his best. The young woman gave a very bad first impression of the hotel.

Very well located, walking distance from the Estoril beach. Has a few restaurants and shops nearby for quick meal and small groceries. Staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Rooms are a bit small but for the rate/price it is very adequate. Overall, it was a very nice stay and would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a good mid-range hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The room was spacious, and the common areas, such as the pool and lounge, were very comfortable and inviting. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. There was also free ice cream for guests at the pool in the afternoon, which we loved!
The beds could be a bit more comfortable, and the breakfast would benefit from a greater variety of options and higher-quality ingredients. However, these are just suggestions for improvement and did not significantly impact our overall experience. Our stay at the hotel was great!

Check-in was incredibly slow. Seems like they had a bunch of inexperienced staff who didn't quite speak English fluently and the guy at the check in sent us on the wrong side of the hotel when we asked which way our room is.
No kettle in the room, not even possible to make tea. When I asked for the hot water at the bar, one of the staff told me "it's normal in Portugal as the Portuguese don't really boil water that way nor drink much tea". I don't think it's normal for a hotel to not have something as basic as a kettle in a room
Swimming pool water was very cold, would dare to say almost as cold as the ocean itself
Don't believe the polished photos on Booking.com - rooms are old with outdated furniture which have not been properly cleaned - the thick curtain in my had a lot of dust accumulated.
In my room there was a very old, half-broken, SANYO air condition machine with a filter that's not been cleaned in years resulted in me staring to sneeze within 20 minutes of turning it on. I tried to turn it off, however, the remote was broken or batteries were near-dead and I could not turn it off when I was tired from the trip and just wanted to nap in a fresh room. Later on flagged the issue of remote control and overall cleanliness to the reception, they said they will have the cleaning team investigate during their normal cleaning hours - nothing major changed. What was frustrating is that staff gave zero priority to my complaint despite me visibly sneezing and rubbing my nose from allergic reaction in front of them. I came in healthy, got sick from inhaling all the mould and germs coming out of their unclean aircon filter.
The next morning my throat gets inflamed and starts to hurt terribly, I could hardly swallow any food other than soup. I had to look for a doctor and get an antibiotic as I was diagnosed with streptococcus infection and doctor confirm it can happen from inhaling bacteria from poluted air out of a dirty Aircon.

The pool was lovely and the room very quiet. We liked the fact that the hotel was set back a little way from the very busy sea front where it was too hot and hectic.
There was a good cafe / bar too.
The air conditioning is very effective and the rooms are cleaned every day. Our room was on Pool Level which I was concerned about but they were good rooms.
The property should not say βbreakfast includedβ on your booking confirmation.
To be very clear, breakfast is not INCLUDED. Breakfast is AVAILABLE. At an additional cost of over 12 euros per person. We did not take up that offer but instead had a coffee and pastry at the cafe for only β¬5.
Itβs a hotel where you have to pay for every extra - eg you want a view or a room about basement / pool level? You have to pay for it. Breakfast is included - if you pay for it. There is parking - but on the street and paid for every day. Itβs a shame some of these things are not made more clear. But overall we were happy.

Great pool area, bar and music. Nice and quiet at night. Lovely staff. The guy at the front desk was amazing. It was 5am and we went to the airport but left our passports behind! He got them from the room for us and arranged for a taxi to drop them off at the airport just in time for us to get our flight. We are forever grateful and will definitely come back!
Not enough toilet paper and no tea and coffee making facilities in room but there was great coffee downstairs.

The public areas of the hotel are bright, modern and clean.
Breakfast was fine and the bar was well stocked with moderate priced drinks.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Fine for a basic business stay.
The rooms are very basic, surfaces are not always clean, air con unit was broken and the view of a noisy road made the balcony pointless.
Despite being refurbished, the bedrooms were tired and hostel like in style.
I need a basic desk space to work and there wasn't one. No in room tea or coffee facilities - something that all but the most basic hotels provide.
My wife joined me on the trip as a tourist and found the pool unheated - despite being advised as heated - and cramped.

Great location. Close to the beach and a nice walk to Cascais. Short train ride to Lisbon.
The staff was really nice, and the breakfast was good.
Booked this hotel beacuse the rooms were supposed to have air condition. The AC didnβt blow any cold air, and I asked the staff for several days to look into it, but nothing was fixed and eventually I was told that nothing was wrong. So I guess the AC's is just really badβ¦

We had a relaxing stay at this lovely hotel, friendly staff, spacious lounge area with a nice bar and entertainment in some evenings.
We had initially booked a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, but we were given the basement room with a small garden, we were too tired to go back to reception to make a complaint. I had pointed it out to the receptionist when we were checking in and assumed we would get the room with the balcony. That was disappointing.

We chose this location because it was near to a venue we were going to at the weekend.
We found it fairly easily so thats always a good start.
Reception was bright and we were given a lesson in how to say thank you in the local language before getting into our room.
This hotel in its heyday would be very nice but, the rooms are dated and really need updating in my opinion
We had a garden room which was on the lower floor and had access to a small area with some pretend lawn and two garden chairs and as the weather was not good we could not make use of this facility.
The double glazing was hazy as if some water had got into it at some point and the room itself felt musty, damp and cold.
Rooms need updating.
We wanted to eat in the restaurant as we had travelled all day but sadly they were all booked due to some holiday company having taken over the majority of the rooms.
Places to eat were a long way away and you needed transport really.

The room was clean and everything functioned perfectly. there was a pleasant balcony and the beds were very comfortable.
The hotel has clearly been renovated recently. Breakfast was good and there was a restaurant which provided good value for money food at lunchtime and in the evening. The bar area is also very pleasant.
The hotel is ideally situated just a five minute walk from the seafront.
The room was functional but lacked character. A comfortable easy chair would have made quite a difference. I was there over the Christmas period and it was irritating that in all the public areas there was very uninspiring Christmas music playing all the time.

The staff were very friendly, especially the bar staff, the maids who cleaned our room. and the breakfast staff. All were great, and a credit to the hotel. THANK YOU. The breakfast was lovely, and had everything you could wish for. The ambience was so relaxed, you never felt rushed, and the breakfast times were good, not too early, if like us you like a lie in!
Reception staff werenβt as friendly, except for one young man who gave us a lovely smile and a Good Morning. The others never seemed interested or informative, and on check out never asked if we had enjoyed our stay etc., but this wouldnβt put us off coming back.The lift down to breakfast was a bit confusing! We ended up going outside to the pool area, and through a door there! One day one of the maids showed us a small lift tucked away in a corner past reception which took us straight into the dining room. Maybe they could put up a sign to let you know! But if youβre able bodied, itβs simple, just use the stairs!

Great location- very close to beach and to train stop going to Lisbon and other popular locations and the coastal walk to Cascais is barely 25-30 minutes.
Proximity to the casino and other restaurants was a great bonus
little variety to breakfast would have been great and some better dining options than a buffet.

Great staff, great location, lovely decor in communal areas, lovely bar, and pool, relaxing setting. Good value. .
A little outdated in the rooms, bathrooms a bit old. Our balconies looked out over a busy street and we were on the first floor, so it definitely wasn't worth having paid extra and booking a balcony room, it was very noisy and not a nice view. Lots of road rage outside.

Cleaning staff was a bit lazy. Places I've stayed normally they organize the room or change the blankets after every night. Not so much for this place. Also knowing we had a child they should have put us in a room with a full bed to give more room for the crib but the twin room became more smaller with the crib

This hotel facility for an overnight stay was ok. Just pay attention that the standard room (by the booking platform), pool level room (this is how the reception names them) - are on the half basement level underground. Pay special attention to the window (not only looking at the bed)when booking. They have plenty of such rooms.
Mattress cover with stains, and hairs from other guests. Index finger long cockroach came to the room at night.

Comfy room at a low price, with a fantastic pool, fantastic common area, and fantastic breakfast buffet! Coffee machines are a little tricky tho, don't go fumble-fingering the selezione or you will not get what you're aiming for. Loved it and tried to extend, not surpisingly, they were booked.
The rooms are pretty plain, they could have been kicked up a notch, but I had no complaints at the under E 100 I paid. The location could be better, but they can't move the hotel closer to the beach! Overall, these are quibbles. Nice quiet hotel with great amenities.

Clean comfortable rooms, great pool and cafe, and great location.
No towels in our room when we arrived, then asked for a deposit when we requested some. Cafe kitchen closes to early, and restaurant has no options for children. No coffee in the rooms- there's a machine but not pods. Forced to go downstairs to buy coffee.
