Good breakfast and clean rooms. Hotel is integrated in to a shopping mall / supermarket which can be useful for some.. Only 5 Minutes walk away to the beach area.
The pool is really more for families with children (not for swimming). Early or Late check in/out are more or less impossible. Fitness/Gym is really only available in the checklist.. Only weights !

The hotel needs restoration, its an old hotel. Especially the bathroom looks old and not clean. There was litter in the bathtub when I arrived. The bed was hard and not very comfortable.
The airconditioning was not working. After 4 people came to take a look at it, I was offered another room the next night.

Rivirea Center next door has lots of shops and restaurants and super market where prices are very reasonable.

It’s well located there’s a shopping centre connected to the hotel. Breakfast is great.
The staff are not well trained. Had an emergency alarm in the middle of the night and all of them was completely lost. No ever apologies for the inconvenience. Also once I arrived later in the night nobody offered help with my luggage even seeing me carrying it + baby.

The pool was empty excellent. The proximity to restaurants and the beach were also really good for us as a family.
The beds were very hard, not at all what I expect from a four star hotel. We booked a junior suite and though the room was good in terms of size and location, the decor was old and tired like it had once been somewhere decent but in the 1990s.

We mainly stayed here because of the location. It's near family that we like to visit. There's also a parking underground (payable) so we never had to worry about finding a parking spot. Breakfast is good. The rooms are pretty quiet so you can get a good night rest. The housekeeping staff are all very friendly!
The room wasn't prepared for us. We are only 2 people and there was still a babybed in the bedroom and an extra bed in the living area. It was also extremely cold. The aircos in the suite only warm a part of the room which made it uncomfortable at times. After a day or two you get used to it though. The rooms could use an update. The water in the bathroom is very irregular and goes from cold to warm to cold.

The hotel is attached to a nice little mall next door with a great Italian restaurant, supermarket and gift/clothes shops. Very easy walk to the sea and other restaurants.
Couldn’t get onto the guest WiFi in my bedroom but reception staff got me onto their meeting room network and my bedroom was close enough to pick up that network so was ok. 30-40 min drive into Lisbon, or take the train.

Breakfast is full of people between 07H00 and 08H00. The food choice is good but on a daily basis there is not a lot of differences.
Rooms are comfy but you could hear everything happening in the room next door.
Nothing has to be defined as a dislike topic. There is always room for improvements and this is a positive things.
One thing is the price of the parking in the hotel which is a little bit expensive.

The services offered were good. Thanks to the shoulder season, the hotel was not too busy. The management provided an upgrade of the room and resolved quickly and friendly also a couple of issues occurred. Thank you, next time in Oeiras I'll come back to this hotel!

Breakfast is great . My only comment would be that it should start at 6am instead of 7am.
We had an early checkout and did not get to take advantage of the included breakfast . Property may want to consider opening earlier for early checkouts . Or at least have a breakfast station for some items and COFFEE!

Classic bit old style. No small frige in the room, the drinking water stays warm. Balcony lights do not shut off. Needs more electric outlets. We had 1 by the bed and it was stucked

The services offered were wonderful. Nice, large clean room and beds and pillows were good. Bathrooms well maintained and clean. Breakfast offered a good range of cooked, baked, cold buffet. Staff at reception very helpful and professional. The hotel is attached to a nice little mall next door, supermarket and gift/clothes shops. Very easy walk to the sea and other restaurants.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were always kept clean and tidy and the towels changed each day. The hotel is near lots of restaurants so there is plenty of choice. There is also a supermarket within the hotel grounds, if you need snacks or drinks and the prices are very cheap. The costs of the lunch menu near the pool area is really good value.
There was not much choice of foods for breakfast. The hot food choices were limited. The water provided was warm and not refreshing. There seems to be more sweet pastry's and cakes as supposed to healthy options. Price of the alcohol at the hotel is expensive.

Amazing hotel, very good facilities. The room was very comfortable & cleanliness was maintained. We had a balcony with ocean-view which was amazing. Their dinner & breakfast buffets were splendid! Short walk to the beach.
