The hotel was beautiful inside. We were only there one night but Our king suite was very comfortable. Shower was excellent, bed was comfy, I liked the closet area and the robe and slippers. We also had a very nice dinner at the Japanese restaurant.
Breakfast selection was really nice but due to a very large Viking tour group we didn’t have time to enjoy it all because they pretty much took over the dining area, cutting in front of people. Also, I booked the hotel since it was closer to the airport as we had a morning flight. However, the hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle to the airport and we had a very hard time getting an uber to pick us up .

Spacious room
The lifts are ridiculous - took me more than 20 minutes in the morning to get a lift down from the 16th floor. Not good sound proofing, could hear guests in the next rooms and staff constantly talking loudly outside at all times of the day and night. Room cleaning was too late. Got back to the room after 3pm one afternoon and the room still not made up and so didn’t get a chance for an afternoon nap
