I really liked the room, the wonderful view, the comfy bed, and the location.
My check-in experience was excellent. I arrived at the hotel all tired and sleepy from an overnight flight, and my room was ready!. So I really appreciate the staff of Hotel Mundial for making my check-in experience go very smoothly.
As I mentioned before, this hotel has an excellent and perfect location. It is
walking distance from many major and wonderful attractions in Lisbon. The hotel is situated close to the Metro, which facilitates and provides easy transportation to many points of interest throughout this wonderful city. It is also good to mention that there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The location of Hotel Mundial is fantastic and very convenient!.
My room was always very clean and impeccable, and the temperature was always very nice. The bed was very comfortable, as well as the shower in the bathroom.
I really felt at home in this hotel!. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi and the fast internet was always excellent and very reliable!. I loved the free goodies in the room courtesy of the hotel, and also the complementary water every day. Thank you, Hotel Mundial, for all these amenities!.

The hotel staff was wonderful and the main areas were clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff in the main areas for breakfast were also great. The room size for a triple as also fantastic.
The room itself wasn't always clean (we had stains on our pillows). If they update rooms there is potential. We were also warned to be careful in the park across the street as there can be incidents where people are disrespectful and it is unsafe at night to walk.

The Mundial is in a great location but the rooms are old and tired and would benefit from a refit which I believe is happening.The rooms were a good size and clean. The bathroom had a shower over the bath which is not always ideal for older individuals.Breakfast was good with the choice of two locations.
The location of the hotel is great within walking distance to many attractions.
We went to dinner at the Mundial and the food was terrible. I ordered Pasta which was cold with a lump of cold cheese in the centre. Two other friends ordered steak well done and sent it back when it was dripping in blood.
The meat from my friends returned from the kitchen on the same plate together and the waiter asked who owned which piece ….so unhygienic. When we complained the manager said he would look into it …he must be still looking. For this meal we were charged 460 euros. There are plenty of great restaurants near by.

A beautiful hotel. The staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the hotel restaurant was a lovely place for a special meal.
I liked everything about the property itself.

The location is close to everything worth seeing in the city, the staff very nice to us, the room incredibly comfortable, with a great balcony. We are coming back for another night before our trip back home

We liked the location. It was close to the center so it was easy to walk around. The rooms were spacious.
Even though the lobby has been renovated, the rooms we got were very dated. The carpet had a bit of a humid smell. We couldn’t find an outlet in the bathroom which was inconvenient. The windows weren’t noise free. Until around 1am you could hear the bus and people talking on the street. We have definitely paid less for a newer, more modern hotel.
