The rooms were a little on the small side, but they were clean and bright and perfect for a couple. The bathroom was great, and the balcony (we were on the 4th floor), with views of the entire city, was amazing. We could even take a peek at the ocean. The breakfast was wonderful too, with almost 360 degrees views. The staff was kind and helpful Nd the parking, although far, was essential, as it is very hard to find parking in the historic center. Location was perfect. I’d certainly stay there again.
Even on the 4th floor, it can get a little noisy at night due to the street bars, but if you close the windows, you don’t hear anything.

The hotel is well placed and clean. Breakfast was good and it is a very short walk to take the funiculaire.
Our bathroom was quite small and (not the hotel's fault) there were boy racers on the street outside until the early hours! The parking is actually quite a distance away and a lot of the walk back to the car is VERY uphill.

The soundproofing in the hotel was better than expected. While you can hear some noise from the rooms when you're in the corridor, once inside your room, you can't hear anything from other rooms. There was a bit of street noise at night, but it wasn't disruptive.
I made a same-day reservation at a very high rate, but I would say this hotel is worth around 60-70 euros (up to 80 euros considering it's a tourist area).
- Room amenities: They are really lacking. The only provided item was recycled toilet paper. No table tissues anywhere. There was one all-in-one shampoo-shower gel and one hand wash, but the pump didn’t work properly. You need to bring everything yourself, and the cost of the stay is exorbitant compared to the services provided.
- Breakfast: I highly recommend having breakfast outside.
- Parking: The hotel information states that parking is provided, but it's actually an outdoor parking lot about 600 meters away on a hill. It was difficult to use, so I opted for a nearby paid parking lot. The hotel should provide accurate information regarding this.
- Overall: Misled by the ratings.

The location was fabulous - right on a main square, and walking distance to local sites, including the funicular. The breakfast were good, and extra enjoyable due to a fabulous rooftop view. An added bonus was an Italian restaurant right across the street, as it served gluten-free pasta - this was very convenient, as travelling with celiac can be challenging.

Location was very good - a stone's throw from the sandy beach, but somewhat away from the busy parts of the waterfront (a couple of blocks from the ascenseur to the upper town). It's a new hotel, and the room was adequate size with all modern amenities. Same with the bathroom. Parking is free, but the garage is about a mile away up the hill, and the paarking spaces are very tight. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and speak good English. Breakfast was only OK - didn't have some of the standard offerings, and we were the second people into the breakfast room and the scrambled eggs were just lukewaarm. But the food was tasty enough.. wifi/internet was strong.

The hotel is very nice, 150 metres from the beach and 30 metres from a square with many restaurants. Old town is 15 mins walk uphill or a short trip on funicular. There is very limited parking by the hotel, so it is recommended to use free public parking (a huge one) which is ca 800 metres away (8-10 min walk). When I stayed it was very quiet at night, but on some nights there might be noise from restaurants. Breakfast is served in a very beautiful panoramic room on the 5th floor, the choices are a bit limited though - mostly cold cuts and bread.

The hotel is very close to the seaside, there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars very near to the hotel, so we can say that this is in the middle of the life! If someone does not like the sounds of the nightlife, must be found another hotel -far from Nazaré, which is a noisy town, but we loved it!
Even we got the info about the difficulties of parking, the reality was worse than the preliminary information. The own parking house is farer than 500 m, and this is a really hard walk to climb up the hill.
The room was too simple, even it was counterbalanced by the terrace.

Reception was fine, really good location - not right on the beach, but close enough. I highly recommend Tosca Gastrobar right next door for lunch/dinner, Aloha for lunch. We were in room 207, 2 nice balconies. I thought it was pretty quiet with double windows. Beds were comfy. Water pressure in shower was good. AC worked great, when needed. This was the highlight of our trip to Spain/Portugal. The beach and views are spectacular.
Need to have a mini-fridge in the room!! Weather was crap the full day we had there, funicular was closed, but that's not the hotel's fault LOL.
