Instant coffee served at breakfast and the strange fish smell from the wood drawers in wardrobe, so did not put clothes into the drawers.

The room was spacious looked really nice in the picture but the reality the furniture and decor was really old the bed is squeaking the bedding very tired and old. The bathroom definitely needs updating, to the point it was really scary to wash in it.
The location and the building could make a 5 stars hotel if the owner refurbished. I can’t complain much as we used it for few hours as we reached very late

The location is the best thing. It is near almost everything and near the metro. The hotel is super clean.
The breakfast isn’t really worth paying extra for, but if it’s included in the room rate, it’s acceptable. It’s quite basic—store-brand ham, cheese, pastries, some bread, coffee, and juice that felt below average. Adding something like eggs would really improve it. That said, for the price we paid, it was okay overall.

Room was a bit cold on arrival but weather was wet, as weather improved so did heat in the room. Didn't like the coffee available at breakfast but you could make your own tea, different types were available.

The hotel is very close to the Bolhão Metro station and within walking distance of the historic area. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as the Bolhao market. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Towels were large and plentiful! Good value for money in my opinion.

I liked the location. Close to plenty of stores, restaurants and shops. The beds were soft and comfortable. We did have a view of the street which was nice because there was plenty of light in the morning. The shower pressure was great. The elevator and ac are a plus for sure. I would stay here again

Very, very narrow parking in the cellar, accessible by a winding path. Had to take the help of the barman in guiding me to the parking spot, though the car was a small Seat Ibiza.
On our exit to the airport, the kind receptionist named Baruello guided me to the road above. This way I avoided scratching the rental car.
In hindsight, it's better to use nearby parking garages - they too charge 10 Euros a day.

The hotel is advertised as having parking. Partially true. They have a very limited parking space underground and only if you have a small car and good driving skills you can fit in. Within walking distance from the most touristy part, location was great. Staff was also amazing, even though some struggled with English - they were still able to help us out. Was able to check in late and everything was as we requested. On-site parking can be full, but there are loads of parking lots nearby (including a shopping center one).
Facilities are a bit worn, but nothing you can't expect from the photos. Breakfast was not particularly amazing either.

The central location at 100m from Bolhao metro station is the main reason to stay.
The room (and the entire hotel) is a bit outdated, although that can also have its charm. The room is rather dark with not too much light options. I would at least expect a free bottle of water in the room (as over 90% of hotels do), a refrigerator or minibar would also be appreciated. Breakfast is rather disappointing as it offers no hot food options, no eggs at all.

The location was great. It was in walkable distance to the main touristic attractions and located uphill, so to start your city tour in the morning to slowly stroll around moving to the center downhill was very comfy. In the evening I used taxi to get back to the hotel after active and exhausting day, which was 7-10 minutes drive. Very comfy.
The facilities were old and needed some renovation or repair.
The vegetables were missing during the breakfast.
